Do not use this company. They RIPPED OFF My Mom for $400 for a 9 Mile tow. We were quoted $125 plus $3 dollars a mile. When they arrived at my mom's house (mom is 81 years old) they hooked up the car on the flat bed and then, demanded $400. My mom told him that is not what my daughter said she was quoted. My mom told him to take her car off the tow. The driver refused. My mom felt stuck, I was on a plane on my way to Arizona and couldn't take her call or help her, so she handed the driver a credit car. He refused the card and told her she needed to get cash. My mom had to pay him cash. In addition the driver REFUSED to give her a receipt, so she can't even get reimbursed from her insurance company and when I try to call them they hang up on me. The probably do not give receipts because they are probably not reporting the income to the IRS. I will be reporting that possible issue as well!

So...I failed my emissions test next door to Adam's, and saw this repair place and was a bit…read morehesitant. I checked and saw it was in the booklet of Repair Shops for emissions problems, so thought I'd hold my breath and give the place a try. The people behind the counter were courteous, explained that they would look at the car to determine the exact problem and resolution needed and would then speak with me again. They explained the problem precisely and nicely, explained my options and different cost options for the repair and the time it would take, etc. They were flexible, courteous, and most importantly - honest. After getting the car fixed, I had to drive around a day or two for the car's system to re-set so it would pass the test. I stopped by twice, and both times they stopped their work and immediately came over to my car to see if my system had reset yet (free for them to check). Finally it re-set and I passed, and went right next door to the emissions place and passed there as well. Overall a really great experience with this place. I live in Chicago but liked this place so much I may go here for all my repairs! Thanks guys for taking such good care of my car.

I also was informed business lost my car key and I saw substantial damage to my trunk that didn't have these damages and was towed in on a flatbed from my AAA courier. This facility lets unlicensed workers tend to our cars and damage our property. I will have another shop fix my damage caused while at this shop but please stay away from this shop as they are rude, steal car keys, and your car will be damaged and not fixed while under their possession. I made a police report for criminal damage that occurred to my property and have contacted body shop and mechanic that will fix work and body damage caused by Velasquez and Son .
