I just moved here to LA and literally days after arriving I had to get my BMW fixed. Gabriel was AMAZING!!! He kept me up to date the whole time, he knows how precious my car is to me and he treated her with the best care as if she was my child! Like I said I'm brand new to the city and being without my car was rough and not knowing anybody sucks but he made me feel very welcomed and at ease during this whole process! He is really good with people and excellent customer service!! Give this man a raise!! My car was brand new when it got hit so parts took longer but once they came in they were on it and had my car ready to go a week earlier than expected! She looks amazing and I felt like I was taking her brand new off the BMW lot all over again. All and all, if I ever have to get my car fixed I will ONLY come to Precision Auto Body! read more

George and the team at Precision have helped me with my BMW two times. Both times they did a fantastic job. Recently my car has hit by a neighbors contractor. Instead of going through my insurance, I went through the contractors insurance, who low balled the repairs and suggested sub-standard and unsafe repairs to cut cost. George went beyond the call of duty to make sure the insurance company paid to correctly fix my car. I was thrilled with how he fought on my behalf, not to mention what a fantastic job they did on my car. I would highly recommend! read more

Had a great experience! George did a such a good job with the repairs that I couldn't tell at all where the damage was. I've taken my BMW and Porsche to him in the past. They work fast and are honest. Highly recommend! read more

Audry P. To your comment: You should have told me you were short staffed and couldn't break down my car for a month. I would have taken it somewhere else. A $250 courtesy discount wasn't enough clearly because I am not satified. I kept being told my car would be ready over and over again. That dragged out for several weeks. The fact that you were short staffed isn't my problem. You are running a business and the bottom line is you should have taken the loss or made less and paid the entire rental because the issues with your staff are not my fault or problem. Sometimes businesses have to make a little less money even if something is out of their control because it certainly should not become the customers problem. I have a business and if something is going to cost the client extra money because of my business being understaffed, even in the event of COVID, I take it out of my pocket. I live off of repeat business and referrals. What matters to me is my client being happy. read more

First and foremost, this location is literally walking distance from where I live so it's very convenient. And even if it wasn't, it's worth taking your car here for any kind of work or repair. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Not to mention the place is very clean as if they really put a lot of thought into making the place looking very professional yet inviting at the same time. As a matter of fact i recommended my sister in law to get her car repaired there because of the excellent job they did repairing mine. Would recommend this place over and over again! read more

This is fortunately and unfortunately (only on the sense of my car track record) the second time I have been to Precision. Juan was our guy, our point person. Things could not have been handled in a more seamless, easy and perfect way than they were! We picked our car up yesterday and it literally looked better than when we got it from the dealership. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and have recommended it to several friends over the years. Thank you all for the great work :) read more

When I was looking for a body shop to fix/replace my front bumper on my 2108 Audi RS3, I called Woodland Hills Porsche and Calabasas Audi they both said Precision Auto body in Reseda. George greeted me and gave me an estimate and he worked with my insurance adjuster and claims rep. I saw other vehicles while I was there such as Porsche Cayenne and GT2/3 being repaired and the new paint on this vehicles were flawless. I knew this was the shop. When I dropped the car off, the shop already had the parts and George showed them to me, now that's full transparency!!!! The painter was spot on in the color match and the car is good as new, perfect!! From now on, any of my vehicles will go there for work. To George and the all the employees at Precision Auto body thank you for the great service and have a great holiday and New Years!! read more

Who wants to deal with a car accident? There's nothing about it that you choose. The whole thing happens fast, it's so totally disruptive and inconvenient. Having been rear-ended at a freeway offramp, I chose to take my car to Precision because I wanted a good repair and I didn't want any more trouble with anyone about anything! From my first call to precision, the way they patiently listened and understood my problem, through the preliminary inspection, all the scheduling, all the way through, including the way they handled my insurance company and the other insurance company, and some other inconveniences, right to the point that I picked up my car, Precision was absolutely professional, reliable, and the job they did was perfect. Let me emphasize that Jose went over and over my car like a doctor with a microscope. He spared no expense and saw every detail. Clara in the office was always patient with me on the phone. I can't say enough about these folks. I hope I'm never in an accident again, but that's probably unrealistic in Los Angeles. If something like this happens again, I know where to go. read more

This is my second time having my Porsche repaired at Precision. The shop is certified by Porsche, and my car was fixed up properly after someone rear-ended me in a minor accident. Juan was AMAZING during the entire process. He was constantly keeping us in the loop as to when the car would be ready for pick up. He also fought our insurance company to make sure we were treated responsibly and not taken advantage of by them trying to give us used parts. Yes USED parts - He went to bat and got us brand new OEM parts for our car. Insurance companies do not have our best interest in mind. Thanks Juan! You DA MAN! read more

Precision Auto Body I have been going to this body shop for over 35yrs. I have complete trust in the full operation of their business, the employees that are working long hours, that are handing my car when it has been involved in any type of an accident. From the time I drop off my car, I receive a car rental which I am covered for. Quickly the adjuster comes out to view my car, and within a short amount of time, there is an agreement to proceed. Once my car is complete, I pick it up, looks to me happily like a real beauty! And drives like a dream.. I recommend anyone choosing Precision Auto Body Shop will be completely satisfied in their service. Bill Lawyer, I always have him handle my car, and happily he is always there for me, along with answering any questions I might have. Thank you! Sincerely, Joy Lynn Rotkin read more

You cannot ask for a better place to take your car in the unfortunate event that it has been in an accident. Precision is a certified body shop for many European automobiles and their work is top notch. From the time the car arrived at the shop to the time I was able to pick up, I received white glove service all the way. Juan was attentive, sympathetic, caring, understanding and just a rockstar to deal with. My situation required the owner, Audrey, to step in and handle some unexpected curveballs by insurance and she was an angel. I cannot thank Juan and Audrey enough for all their time, patience and kind spirit handling my situation. I highly recommend Precision Auto Body for any body work needs, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Audrey and Juan! read more

Courteous and exceptional customer service from A-Z, beginning to end, receptionist to mechanic.
