I just moved here to LA and literally days after arriving I had to get my BMW fixed. Gabriel was AMAZING!!! He kept me up to date the whole time, he knows how precious my car is to me and he treated her with the best care as if she was my child! Like I said I'm brand new to the city and being without my car was rough and not knowing anybody sucks but he made me feel very welcomed and at ease during this whole process! He is really good with people and excellent customer service!! Give this man a raise!! A $250 courtesy discount wasn't enough clearly because I am not satified. I kept being told my car would be ready over and over again. That dragged out for several weeks. The fact that you were short staffed isn't my problem. You are running a business and the bottom line is you should have taken the loss or made less and paid the entire rental because the issues with your staff are not my fault or problem. Sometimes businesses have to make a little less money even if something is out of their control because it certainly should not become the customers problem. I have a business and if something is going to cost the client extra money because of my business being understaffed, even in the event of COVID, I take it out of my pocket. First and foremost, this location is literally walking distance from where I live so it's very convenient. And even if it wasn't, it's worth taking your car here for any kind of work or repair. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Not to mention the place is very clean as if they really put a lot of thought into making the place looking very professional yet inviting at the same time. When I was looking for a body shop to fix/replace my front bumper on my 2108 Audi RS3, I called Woodland Hills Porsche and Calabasas Audi they both said Precision Auto body in Reseda. George greeted me and gave me an estimate and he worked with my insurance adjuster and claims rep. I saw other vehicles while I was there such as Porsche Cayenne and GT2/3 being repaired and the new paint on this vehicles were flawless. I knew this was the shop. When I dropped the car off, the shop already had the parts and George showed them to me, now that's full transparency!!!! Who wants to deal with a car accident? There's nothing about it that you choose. The whole thing happens fast, it's so totally disruptive and inconvenient. Having been rear-ended at a freeway offramp, I chose to take my car to Precision because I wanted a good repair and I didn't want any more trouble with anyone about anything! From my first call to precision, the way they patiently listened and understood my problem, through the preliminary inspection, all the scheduling, all the way through, including the way they handled my insurance company and the other insurance company, and some other inconveniences, right to the point that I picked up my car, Precision was absolutely professional, reliable, and the job they did was perfect. Let me emphasize that Jose went over and over my car like a doctor with a microscope. He spared no expense and saw every detail. Clara in the office was always patient with me on the phone.
