Bait & Switch seems to be their business practice. I had a quote of $300.00 in writing, and the guys showed up (on time), took a look and said it would be about 500. I said I was quoted 300...and they agreed to take it. I ended up giving them 350 as the guys were nice and helped move other things i hadn't planned on. Had to get rid of an old fridge and old projection TV. I sent out for quote. They answered right away with a quote. Their quote was the first and most affordable out of five, so they got the job. The others were double, if not triple! They came the same day as well! They picked up the two items in a matter of 15 minutes. The briefing, quote and scheduling process was very smooth and they arrived on time.
