Teo and his team came out early the next day that I called, and did a wonderful job clearing out an apartment unit for a turnover. There was a huge amount of furniture and trash inside, and they cleared everything! I was already in contact with another business but thought I should just get another quote and luckily, Teo was quick to respond (and very polite), quick to schedule a walk-in to check out the project for a quote, and was able to accommodate us within days. Not to mention, he quoted us half of what the other business did! They disassembled our shed (from the previous owner of the house) and steel gazebo out of our backyard in less than an hour! Impressed and thankful! read more

Their service was quick and easy and got right to work as soon as they arrived. Everything was collected and ready to go in less than 30 min with only 2 people on the job, all the trash I had was a bit more than expected so final price was a bit higher than quote but nothing insane so their prices are definitely fair! I recommend this trash pick up service to anyone who is looking to contract them for their great job and low fair prices! read more

I called yesterday afternoon to get a quote to have 2 mattresses and 3 pieces of furniture removed from my apartment. I needed to get rid of all 5 items as soon as possible and Teo was able to get the job done at a reasonable price. Before making the final decision to have Teo and his team come to remove everything, I made a few calls to other junk removal places. However, everyone I spoke to quoted me at a super high rate which I thought was so not worth it! Anyways, Teo was really responsive and asked me questions like what type of items I need removed, where I was located, if I lived in a house or apartment and if it was lower or upper apartment, etc... He also asked me to send him pictures of the mattresses and furniture so that he could get an idea of what he was picking up. He was able to give me a quote within 20 minutes and schedule a pickup the next morning. Teo and his team were super friendly and reliable. I would definitely hire them again in the future. read more

We remodeled our kitchen with a contractor that does not haul away the construction debris. I looked into doing it ourselves but nah. I reached out to a few local businesses & Teo with ULTIMATE Junk Removal was the one I selected. He quoted a price from the pictures but when he came out to look at the job in person quoted a LOWER price because he said it wasn't as much material as he thought. We arranged a date but due to the terrible weather we pushed it out. I appreciate that Teo kept in contact. I am very pleased with the work he did. He worked quickly & is very considerate of the property so not to cause any damage. He actually left the side of the house a lot cleaner than it has ever been! He is honest, courteous & professional. I would definitely hire ULTIMATE Junk Removal again. read more
