Friendly service, decent, not great breakfast, with very trumpy signage throughout, with is cool if you're maga.

Wow -- a real gem in Livingston! I always seek out an Irish Pub when traveling, so finding a good…read moreone so close to home makes my year!! Service is top notch -- always been friendly, attentive, and just the right amount of urgency. Drink and food prep times have been good, during both slow and busy visits. Love the fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage, and a few other tasty bites we've tried. Options for regular American or Irish fare! Guinness and Harp on tap -- so get your half and half's flowing (black and tan's; I've always been told by my native Irishman is made with Bass). I could care less what anyone else calls it -- just get me one!! Hahahah!!! The inside is an old school pub feel and I just love it! World Cup during the most recent visit -- can this place get any better?? I'm ready to be surprised -- but don't need to be! Will be back many times and will update in a few months!!

Was the service slow? Yes. Was the food worth the wait? BIG YES…read more I know a lot of reviews mention how slow the service was, so let's get that big elephant out of the way. Yes. It took a while. There was one waitress for the whole area. I feel like maybe the bartenders could have helped run food a little more but whatevs. Full disclosure, before we got our food....I would have rated this place lower. But. Oh. The. Food. My heavenly, small town, delighted tastebuds heck...the food! We ordered bangers and mash, the corned beef, and the Shepard pie. And we ate it all like we were on death row and it was our last meal! DELICIOUS! The Shepards Pie is something I'll dream about. Hearty and robust, but somehow not heavy. Perfect for a cold winter night or a hot summer day! And don't sleep on the soda bread! It's not only the best I've ever had. Paired with a smear of that lightly salted butter...it's enough to make me grab an employment application and ask if they can pay me in food! Bottom line- slow but sweet service for a REALLY good meal!

The prices are…read moreoutrageous, of course, but the real kicker is that you order from a kiosk and then get prompted to leave a tip, and when you look up, the two (TWO!) workers are on their phones. Chef's kiss! Our daughter got the Magic Carpet Ride, which was a pretty good deal for $10 for a small burger and fries. We shared the "GNAR-BE-QUE" ($19 with no sides) and also got some loaded fries and carrot fries. Yes, we were being total fatties after a day of skiing, don't judge! Of course it ended up being way too much food. The burger is pretty good, but the carrot fries were undercooked and the cheese fries were essentially just smothered and became way too soggy. Everything was also super salty. One of us appreciated the spicy margarita and they do have a bunch of beers on draft. This actually would have been a mostly positive review but then we allowed our daughter to get one of those ridiculous milkshakes ($19) and it was downright disgusting. Re. the strawberry milkshake, which was called "Unicorn Toot" (BARF), the actual milkshake portion--aka the heart of the matter--was entirely liquid. Zero element of ice cream or texture and there was so much crap all over it that it was beyond over the top. Cotton candy in a cone plopped on top??! Just WHAT. It's like they came up with the idea with AI it was so dumb. Listen, we had a good time hanging out with a friend there that we randomly met up with at Big Sky, but it seems like there are way better places to eat. We'd skip this place. Three (generous) stars.

Burgers alone were $15-$19, to add on a small fry and drink was an additional $6. The Smashburgers were good, fries were hot and fresh, but average. Vanilla milkshake, also average - not very thick.
