Four Years Later…read more.. The Chicago Organizer is still great at helping me get all of my stuff organized and manageable! After I moved house, I had so many rent-a-crates to unpack and return very quickly. I felt overwhelmed and couldn't move two feet without hitting a box, and unpacking by myself was too slow. I contacted Terri again. Terri couldn't come out to personally help me within my limited window of time, but she has fantastic team members. Kammy came to help me, stayed for just under five hours, and we unpacked every rent-a-crate plus all of the cardboard boxes! There is a little left to do in order to make my new place feel like home, but Kammy's help means that 95% of the work is done. I am so pleased with The Chicago Organizer. Terri and Kammy are kind, professional, quite fair in their pandemic requirements, and most of all -- HELPFUL. Money well spent again!

The items look to be the same good quality you would expect from The Container Store, there's just less holiday options and prices are higher. For example, there are some pretty red and holiday color boxes with satin bows for an easy way to wrap a gift, but some of the boxes were $10.99 and up. I always check back here after the holidays, as I have found some great deals on plastic storage bins for ornaments or decorations after Christmas.

The newly assigned designer, Zena, has been nearly impossible to reach -- she routinely ignores calls and voicemails, leaving me chasing information that should have been communicated from the start. When I finally did hear back, I was met with conflicting stories, misinformation, and zero accountability regarding payments, design options, and follow-ups. To make matters worse, I was never informed that a portion of my payment hadn't been received -- something any competent company would have addressed immediately. Instead, I only found out the day of installation, while I was working. This level of negligence and disorganization is completely unacceptable. There is a total lack of communication within the team, no consistency, and no follow-through. Every step has been marked by confusion, frustration, and empty promises. It's clear this company has no respect for its clients, their time, or their homes. If you're considering Closet Factory -- don't. I gave them several opportunities to make things right, and only after I personally intervened were a few issues finally addressed. Even then, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. Whether due to poor management or internal issues, I will not consider Closet Factory again. Very poor customer service and extremely poor communication. Attached photos show how they have left the project thus far, including unleveled and uneven cabinet installation. I hope they can make things right.

Been coming here for over a decade I believe. Have Elfa setup in multiple rooms and closets…read morethroughout the whole house. All I have setup myself and still working well. Having an interchangeable system really is nice and the ability to return or purchase more parts as needed. We only shop for Elfa during the yearly discount sale around winter time :-). Otherwise the pricing is definitely high for low cost IKEA type items. Staff is always friendly and helpful to custom design and point out options that we might not have thought of. Also purchased stand alone Elfa items and used the Bilt app to put them together. Very nice to zoom in and better understand how to put things together.

They were a discontinued item at the time I ordered them, so I wasn't even sure I could get them. I called the store and spoke to Holly who was super kind and helpful. She asked for my phone number, found the order, and when she saw they no longer had the item in stock, she searched all the stores and found one that had 7 left. With the sku # Holly gave me I was able to place an order. It is a little thing, but made me so happy to know I could get what I needed to help with my craft room organization. A+++ service!

Jana called within the hour and recommended we go with a Deep Cleaning. She had three ladies come in soon thereafter. They not only did the deep cleaning but also our windows!
