I brought them over for a consultation and the space we wanted to do was large, but it had slanted walls. The consultant said that they couldn't do that space and suggested a different spot. We followed her suggestion even though we told her we really were hoping to do it in the original space. So when they sent us the drawings, we just didn't feel right about having it there. I did more research and found brackets to buy for slanted wall hangers. When I called them to tell them, she actually knew about them. So I was disappointed that instead of suggesting to me from the beginning, they tried to build in a different space. In the end, I got Closetworks. They do slanted walls and we're really happy with them. Im sure Inspired Closets does great work, but I'm surprised that they didn't know how to our slanted walls closet. read more

The buying experience was very pleasant. Mike came out, listened to our needs, discussed his merits and gave us a quote. He was never pushy, never cutting silly "valid today only" 50% off deals etc. We went back and talked to him at his office. He again customized the closet design on the fly and came up with what we wanted. We decided on Mike as it "felt" good working with him and we truly believed that Inspired closets will do a great job. On the installation day, Nick came right when we expected. He was courteous and got to work immediately. He didn't even take a lunch break and worked over 6 hours straight.
