I messaged my sales rep the day prior to the planned delivery date to confirm and was told that I should receive a call from the delivery company. Great. When that didn't happen, I left numerous messages with my sales rep and never received a call back on delivery day. Once the delivery company did call, they inquired if delivery 2 days out would suffice. I advised that I had one person working from home to receive the item and my contractor waiting for the sink/faucet as this was planned with Porcelanosa for more than 2 weeks. The delivery company stated that they received the delivery notice JUST THAT MORNING!!! The delivery company bent over backwards and delivered the items at the end of their scheduled work day as they felt bad for me over the situation. My sales associate at Porcelanosa dropped the ball and, to this day, I have not heard back from them. Not even an apology. J'von, I'm incredibly disappointed. You were so helpful when I entered the showroom then things went downhill as time went on. Loved the sink and faucet but likely will opt for another designer or showroom for my master bathroom project this summer.
