It's very sad that I have to write such review. After we agreed on $160, Jana only cleaned partially. This is after i personally walk her through what needs to be cleaned. Her reason for not cleaning what we agreed on? "oh I did exactly $160 worth of work" and then left. The kitchen floor was not touched, the counter and sinks all still dirty. Did I really hire you for a partial job? It doesn't work like that. Easy cleaning and easy money? Get the job done and if you don't want to or can't, talk to the customer. For me to return to a partial cleanup job is absolutely unacceptable. read more

Back in June, we were in need of a good deep cleaning of our house for an upcoming event. I contacted https://www.angi.com/ to find a suitable cleaner, paid our fee of $350 for the cleaning, scheduled it and assumed we were all set. I was contacted directly by Jana at Easy Top who convinced me that the service that Angi promised would not come to furition and her company could do the job for the same price if I went direct with her. I was sold and Jana successfully poached me. After making accommodations with Jana at the $350 that was ordinally agreed with the Angi service I was informed that the service would be $520 minus a $50 deposit. Since we were in a time bind I agreed to the price and scheduled for Jana's team to come out. My first mistake was working direct with Jana. My second mistake was paing for the service upfront before it was completed. While this was not a requirement for Easy Top I had a Dr's appt I had to get to so we paid before we left so there were no issues. When we came home we found the service was not close to what was paid. For a supposed deep clean we were expecting more. We came home to; Dirty counter tops, stove fan not clean, dusty shelfs, dirty cabiets, dirty light switches, streaked windows, dirty light among things. Again I paid $520 for this cleaning and planned a further tip for the workers had a good job been completed. It was not. I contacted Jana logged my complaint, gave ample opporunity for her and her business to try and make things right. She did not, I told her I was going to leave this review and she said "ok". So buyer be ware and proceed with caution. I have had better service at 1/2 the price. read more

the main lady that spoke English, complained that my home had dust, from post construction. finally fired her. it was just subpar! I'm not picky. And never made a complaint. I was supposed to pay $500.00 for my home. They came at 1pm and wanted to leave at 5pm. Half of my home done, and not even a good job. Very rude and unprofessional. We agreed on $150 to mop sweep and clean 3 bathrooms. She came with another girl and said needs 1.5 hrs to finish the job, she took 2.5 hrs, finished only 2 bathrooms and when I asked her to clean the stairs railing coz it was dirty and she was going to mop the floor anyway she gave me attitude. She asked for $250 coz it took her longer to finish. I have empty house 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. kitchen, or the basement was not part of the deal and still took her longer. I had salt and dust on Floor and she wiped it twice. House still look dirty and bathroom barely clean (told them to skip cleaning shower glass coz i will be replacing it) and still spent longer time than agreed on. When I asked her to wipe the dust on windows sil she gave me attitude and said we didn't agree on this although i told her i need the rooms dust free and u dont have to clean the window glass, mechanical vents in floor were still dirty as well. If I know she will ask for $250 I would have use a professional cleaning company for that price. read more

Apparently my definition of cleaning and their definition of cleaning is quite different. Had a tenant leave, I explained how dirty it was and that we'd just had the hardwood floors redone, so there was dust. Asked for a move in clean, supposed to be more thorough. Basic things like cobwebs, tops of doors and windows, switches and outlets, wiping down appliances, cleaning blinds, baseboards, cleaning windows, all of which was to be included, were not done. Horrible job and would never recommend this cleaning company. A complete waste of $400. read more

I have two children, 3 and 6 and you can only imagine how hard it is to keep a two story home clean. I had Manyo and Tony both come today on time with their own supplies and equipment ready to work! They really went above and beyond my expectations. They cleaned 3 bathrooms, kitchen, playroom (living room), family room, dining room, 5 bedrooms, furniture dusting, fan dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and giving me helpful cleaning tips! They even got my two children to help clean the doors and walls- That alone was amazing!!! Manyo was just the most outgoing, friendly professional person that could have came into our lives today. He even played with my kids :) I have to say this service touched my heart even after they left. I happened to take notice to my father in law's photo frame and noticed something hanging on it. They had found my son's gold St. Anthony necklace he received on his baptism that went missing over a year ago! I searched everywhere for that necklace and for sure thought it was long gone, but to see that they were that thorough to find it and put it somewhere I can find it. As the business name clearly shows, they are looking for easy cleaning jobs. They are looking for simple and very easy cleaning homes and don't want to spend any normal time to work. Cleaning ladies keep changing and they are mostly old crew with lots of bad attitude. They argue with each other all the time and if they miss an obvious spot to clean and you mention that to them, they will get very angry and show you lot of attitude. They are usually late but want to leave as soon as possible even when they have not finished their work. read more

I am amazed that this company has anything but 1 (only because it's the lowest) star. Their service cost about $20 more than our previous cleaning lady (who left due to pinched nerves in her back). They come as a trio with their own supplies. Not thrilled with that but OK...let's give it a try. They were in and out of our house within an hour...again OK. After they left, it didn't take long to see why only an hour. Several areas were left undusted. OK didn't say a word...let's see if this is their "norm". One more visit as benefit of the doubt...all my shelf/end table stuff was rearranged; the kitchen cabinets were not touched; the bath mat was folded and put ON MY BED; the microwave door was smeary (like they used a greasy rag to wipe).....but best of all.....the toilet bowls were not washed. Within 2 days, the telltail ring around the water line appeared. PLEASE, for all that is good and holy....DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$$ on this "cleaning service". read more

After speaking with Jana on the phone she agreed to everything I needed cleaned. Windows and the tracks, clean inside and out of new kitchen cabinets, clean the three pieces of wood in the living room inside and out and my big harvest table in my dining room. It appears they only like the top they did not do the legs on my harvest table and when the manager came by the next day and refunded me $50 from 3:50 I paid. Ariston to come in and check out the work. I showed him the half inch of dust on the legs of my table and they did not clean inside the doors of my media cabinet they did not dust the ceiling or the walls my pastor window was just put in and courts on top because there was a piece of paper up there they did not wipe the courts. My kitchen cabinets were not cleaned inside and the outside or Miri they were supposed to be using vinegar and water. We could not smell the vinegar so my caretaker went out to check open the bottle and it was just water. They apologize they have forgot a lot of products to clean with especially the most important Bona for my new bamboo floors. They used water and use a Swiffer with paper towels on the bottom against the grain which left a smeary mess. I got out Goo Gone because they said the problem was it was all glue. It was not glue so I sprayed some on a spot and rubbed it with my fingers and took a paper towel and wiped it off I didn't even scrub it with anything. Then Jenna got down next to me and said you expect us to scrub on our knees? I said no you can spray a cleaner but she have to go with the grain and use a wood cleaner. I later found out the two girls used Goo Gone all over my floors in one room and my caretaker had to go out and mop it off. I asked them to leave at least 6 times please just leave anjana kept saying what do you want us to do we went to finish. I said please just leave that's all I want just leave give my caretaker the bill and she will give you the money write me a receipt on an email. Chana would not leave my room while I was getting the money out of my purse. It really made me uncomfortable because my caretaker kept asking her to wait by the door and she would bring her the money. She did not leave my bedroom until she got the money. They were here for 7 hours and did absolutely nothing because they had no products. I called when she left to tell her fed use the rest of my Goo Gone on my living room floor and that I don't think they deserved the 350 that they were paid. I said I would like at least $50 back and the next day of gentleman came to my door without notice and gave me $50. I showed him the piles of dirt on the legs of my harvest table the fingerprints on my cabinets they didn't clean the sink. He said what did they do for 7 hours and I said that's what I would like to know. I also gave him the bottle of water that we kept and I asked him to smell it. It was only water not vinegar and I informed him that's what they were using to clean my house with. I would never let these people in my house again and that goes along with any referrals. I was going into a panic attack when I kept telling them to leave my house and they wouldn't go. Now I have to call another company to come in and clean and understand English. read more

I was moving into a new 3 story town home and looking for someone to clean the entire home so I would feel comfortable moving into it! The house was going to be empty but I knew it was going to be a chore since I wanted everything to be cleaned. When I first spoke with Jana, I was only able to give her a tentative day that I wanted the work done but she did quote me a price range and estimated amount of time. I also had told her that I would have had the hardwood floors refinished prior to the cleaning and she was not only very accommodating to my schedule, but was also very conscious of the newly finished floors. When I met her to have the job completed, we toured the house and she found more things that needed to be cleaned than I did!
