Have had Keira at my home for 3 visits now and I have no complaints! Only compliments!! I've had bad experiences in the past but not in this area. Best Day Cleaning was the perfect choice for me and highly recommend this company. The owner, Katherine, is very responsive and easy to contact. Also, answers questions quickly with no hidden agenda! And cut and dry terms with no contracts to sign. Highly satisfied! read more

Some of the cleaners are excellent (e.g., Jamina and Mea) and some not so much (e.g., Madison and Anthony).

Great service! Maddy, Abbey, and Kim did a great job. They were especially kind to my dogs.

I have had monthly cleanings for over a year and I have never been disappointed in the service provided. Each cleaner has left my home clean and fresh smelling. Gabby was here this week and she was very thorough. She is pleasant and extremely courteous. I look forward to having her every month. read more

Best Day Housecleaning provided me with a weekly cleaning that was fantastic! I normally have biweekly cleaning, but since a knee surgery, I have had Mea come every week. She is thorough and worth every penny! read more

I've had weekly cleanings from Best Day for 7 months now. The first cleaner that was sent always missed at least 2-3 major things each week -- whether it was mopping, cleaning the sink, vacuuming the stairs, tidying up rooms, wiping the counters. All bare minimum cleaning services that were missed, seemingly out of lack of training. One week, at random, a woman knocked on my front door while he was in the middle of cleaning. She told me she was the area manager (?) and she was going to check up on his work and take notes. I understand that's a normal thing to do, but they gave me no notice anyone else would be coming, and she didn't even ask to come in, she just told me. It was oddly forceful but I didn't want to be rude and wasn't sure if that's how things worked, so I let her in. Weeks went by and his cleaning wasn't improving -- I wrote out a list for him of the things he kept missing; he was new and I wanted to give him the opportunity to improve. He seemed eager to learn and grateful for the direction, but his next cleaning there were still huge holes in the services provided. I then called the office several times, left a voicemail, and sent multiple texts asking to cancel his next cleaning. The day of the cleaning, he shows up at my front door. The office finally got back to me when he called them. They said they received the texts and calls but must have missed them. They were very apologetic. They offered to send me a different cleaner (Jalena), and she started out very thorough. Her tidying was very thoughtful, her attention to detail was fantastic. As weeks went by, though, that thoroughness started to steadily decline. She began to whisper-talk on the phone during every cleaning, and while I don't mind phone calls at all, it was pretty clear the conversation was distracting her. Large sections of the house hadn't been mopped, aside from the bed and living room couch nothing was tidied, the list goes on. It was a shame to see her attitude change (never unkind, just increasingly disinterested and annoyed to be there). I waited longer than I should have (2 months) to make the decision to ask to switch cleaners. I texted one of the two numbers they spam text me from several times per week. I asked to cancel the upcoming cleaning. Despite no clarifications that one number could not be responded to, I must have texted the wrong one. The day of the cancelled cleaning, I received a text that Jalena was on her way. I called the office and was informed that they didn't receive a text and had no leeway for any last-minute cancellations. They were extremely firm with a condescending tone. I said that Jalena might as well come if I have to pay for it. Admittedly I was annoyed and likely sounded it, but the woman on the phone was disproportionately defensive and unapologetic. It was off putting and put the nail in the coffin, I was going to hire a different company altogether. I walked into my house today after having been out of town and found the house wasn't cleaned. I called the office and the same woman I talked to earlier that week told me she "didn't hear me" say I still wanted Jalena to come and it must have been a miscommunication. (I had made it very clear I still wanted the cleaning.) No leeway on having paid for the service that I requested, though. She doubled down on her not hearing me and made no offer to refund even a portion of the unfulfilled service. I'm not sure if she was the owner or someone looking after the office, but it's an absolute shame she's answering the phone for this business. No desire to make anything right, only annoyance and a forced "well I'm sorry to hear that." Needless to say I will gladly be going elsewhere -- looking back, I'm surprised I chose a company with 0 reviews on here in the first place. That's my fault. I shouldn't have waited the several weeks I did hoping for the service to improve. It's possible that customer retention genuinely isn't the focus for Best Day. TLDR; I hope they make it easier for the customer to communicate with them. I hope they are able train their employees to provide more thorough and consistent cleanings. And I hope whoever is in charge of customer service receives any training at all on how to speak to clients and resolve conflict -- leeway or no, you shouldn't speak to someone that way. read more

Reported business to the Better Business Bureau. Business continues to charge me for services not performed. Exercise caution when booking.

The girls did a good job. The cleaners were great. I was quoted a $390-$480 range for my less than 2100 sq. Ft home. They ended up charging me $585 dollars. That did not include the window tracks and the window sills were dusted but are still slightly dirty. My home, did need a deep clean but was not dirty. Im fairly disappointed and feel like I was misquoted. I don't feel their pricing is fair. read more
