Their fee was in alignment with other local cleaning companies. Pros: The 2 person cleaners arrived on time. They were very nice. One person cleaned the main bathroom and the other cleaner cleaned the smaller bathroom in the primary suite. They were done in 15 minutes! I thought I would have their services for an entire hour but that is not how it works. I was charged for services to clean 2 bathrooms, no matter how long (or short) it took. The manager was easy for me to get a hold of. She did try her best to rectify a problem I brought to her attention after each of the 4 cleanings we had. Ultimately, I had to cancel my service after 4 cleanings. Here is why. The person cleaning the shower stall kept turning off the water from the valve that is located at the top of the wall and not turning it back on before she left. I'm 4ft. 10in. Tall so I cannot turn the valve back on myself. I have to call my husband to come in before I can take a shower. A minor inconvenience and I expected the issue to be resolved after speaking to the manager and her assuring me that she will talk to the cleaners and leave a note for them. Same thing happened for cleaning #2. Same thing happened for cleaning #3. At this point I was ready to say "3 strikes and you are out." The manager apologized each time I called to report that they are not turning the valve back on. Actually, there is no reason for the cleaners to touch the valve. So I decided to try one more time. This would be cleaning #4! Fail. The manager said "would you like to try one more time?" LOL! Try for a 5th time? No thank you. I'm still trying to find a reliable cleaning service to clean the 2 bathrooms.
