(2) I had to replace a chipped sink in the bathroom that was rusting in the chipped areas, and updated the plumbing underneath it. Bryan did a great job of pulling out the old sink and centering, and trimming out the hole in our cabinet top to install the new sink. It looks really great! Such a great change to our bathroom. (3) He installed a new laundry sink in our laundry room, and replaced all the hoses underneath it as well. Did a great job on that too! Per my request, he bid each job separately. Right on time Saturday morning we have two Rooter Tech, plumbers here and ready to go. After explaining the scrub head sucking, toilet situation and for asking to add a tank rebuild to the estimate/project, they got to work. It didn't take too long before they came back with a price that was fair, to do the work. Rooter Tech, was the third plumbing contractor we got an estimate from and it was worth it to hold out for the right people. Our water heater stopped working properly last evening (12/14/22), my husband did some reading and…read moreminor diagnostics and came to the conclusion that it needed to be replaced due to age and tank issues. I found convenient water heaters and plumbing on yelp that very evening and requested a quote around 6pm not expecting to get a call within minutes, but that's what happened. I had also requested quotes from 3 other companies who at the time of this review still have not reached out to me regarding my request. I spoke with a gentleman named Casper who walked me through commonly known problems of older water heaters, he had me send a couple of pictures of our unit and measurements, and discussed the process of replacement and a rough guesstimate of the cost. Casper confirmed he and his partner could come the very next morning to get started. Promptly at 9am the next morning Casper and Jesus were here and ready to work. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They had the old water heater pulled out and they swept up and cleaned around the space and put the new water heater in place in what seemed like no time at all. We did a rundown on how to properly maintain our new water heater, went over the warranty and when we said our goodbyes they hauled our old water heater away for us at 11am!
