While his work is good, his work ethic is not. We were quoted a price of $500.00 which we were told…read morewould be four hours of work. When he finished two and a half hours later my husband again asked him how much it would cost and he replied, "with tax, $500.00". We gave him cash as we don't use checks and he remarked that with cash he didn't have to worry about paying taxes on it and asked if we needed a receipt. After he left, we thought about it and thought that we should not have paid as much since he didn't spend as much time as he had anticipated and he wasn't going to pay the sales tax. When we questioned him about it, we were told that if we wanted the tax money ($50.00) returned then we could not have a receipt. We wanted a receipt to show the break-down of his hourly rate and parts so we could determine how he still came up with $500.00. His wife insisted that the charge was correct since he charged $125.00 an hour. It seems that this contractor makes up his prices as he goes along and does not provide a breakdown of how his prices are calculated. I checked with another customer and found the same vague billing practice. We have no complaints about his work (hopefully we won't have any future problems since we have no receipt or guarantee of his work) but his work ethic is questionable and we will not use him again or recommend him to anyone.

In more than 40 years of homeownership, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a plumber. I would not recommend this company for any plumbing work, regardless of how minor the job may be. They deserve negative 5 stars.

I had an exceptional experience with AAA Water Heaters. When our water heater encountered issues,…read moretheir arrival was incredibly fast, and they got straight to work without any delay. What I appreciated most was that while working efficiently, the technician took the time to explain exactly why each repair was necessary. He quickly replaced the flame sensor and the igniter, getting the system back up and running in no time. He also noticed that the pressure in our underfloor heating system was insufficient, which could cause air bubbles and eventually damage the water pump over time, so he kindly adjusted and increased the pressure for us. In addition to the quick fixes, he provided valuable maintenance advice, explaining how often a gas water heater should be serviced. He also detailed why DIY maintenance is not recommended and why professional service is crucial for safety and longevity. The service was highly professional, efficient, and educational. I am very satisfied with their quality work and would highly recommend them!

Bryan from Flush without Fear bid 3 jobs for me. (1) I had a brand new maytag that wasn't draining fast enough. He ran a wider dimension hose around the cabinet to see if that would stop the not draining fast enough alarm from going off. It did!!! He fixed that, no problem. (2) I had to replace a chipped sink in the bathroom that was rusting in the chipped areas, and updated the plumbing underneath it. Bryan did a great job of pulling out the old sink and centering, and trimming out the hole in our cabinet top to install the new sink. It looks really great! Such a great change to our bathroom. (3) He installed a new laundry sink in our laundry room, and replaced all the hoses underneath it as well. Did a great job on that too! Per my request, he bid each job separately. His prices are very fair. He arrived on time, as promised, for both the quote and the work. He cleaned up the areas he worked in, removing all the debris and dust. He was diligent while he worked, and took his shoes off as he entered my home, so also respectful of my home. Bryan is nice guy, hardworking, focused. I would 100% recommend him. I'm not going to lie, I initially chose him because he has great reviews, AND I thought his company name showed a sense of humor which I always appreciate. Thankful to him for his efforts on behalf of our family.

I found convenient water heaters and plumbing on yelp that very evening and requested a quote around 6pm not expecting to get a call within minutes, but that's what happened. I had also requested quotes from 3 other companies who at the time of this review still have not reached out to me regarding my request. I spoke with a gentleman named Casper who walked me through commonly known problems of older water heaters, he had me send a couple of pictures of our unit and measurements, and discussed the process of replacement and a rough guesstimate of the cost. Casper confirmed he and his partner could come the very next morning to get started. Promptly at 9am the next morning Casper and Jesus were here and ready to work. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They had the old water heater pulled out and they swept up and cleaned around the space and put the new water heater in place in what seemed like no time at all. We did a rundown on how to properly maintain our new water heater, went over the warranty and when we said our goodbyes they hauled our old water heater away for us at 11am! Less than 24th from the time we spoke the day before. Excellent and fast service at a fair price, especially right before the holidays! Thank you Jesus and Casper!
