Right on time Saturday morning we have two Rooter Tech, plumbers here and ready to go. After explaining the scrub head sucking, toilet situation and for asking to add a tank rebuild to the estimate/project, they got to work. It didn't take too long before they came back with a price that was fair, to do the work. When the two men from Langley Water came out, they found a leak quickly and had to come back because they felt there was another smaller leak. On 12/28/2023 the two men from Langley had talked to my dad about the leak and let him know they would tell him when they were leaving. They went to the glass door and my dad did not respond. These amazing men ran in, called 911 and started CPR. My father was 83 with a whole host of medical problems. It was his time to go and even with their valiant efforts, he still passed. This is what working with a family business is about, they went above and beyond what was expected of them. I will be forever thankful for what these men did.
