I got a call from Andrea the next day and she informed me that she had done some calling around and found out that Camping World had my awning in stock and there were no shipping costs involved. They would even go pick it up. I decided to go get it myself. Tim installed it yesterday and it looks great. He is very quality oriented and does a great job. Worley Wiring Electrical was the first to reach out and was very informative and supportive in answering questions without being pushy during our exchanges. We discussed PSE rebates (yes they are an approved PSE contractor!) and they were able to get me on the schedule right away. Kevin Worley was very kind and respectful onsite, and delivered very quality work from start to finish including a great attention to detail when cleaning up. He was happy to answer my questions and even made time to discuss some other future electrical work I am considering. He installed a 50a circuit with an EV 14-50 NEMA outlet in addition to setting up and mounting my level 2 charger for a very tidy and convenient setup exactly where I wanted it. I am very impressed with the conduit work and overall fit/finish of the install. I would happily recommend Worley for EV charger installs, and have full confidence that they would deliver the same level of care/detail to any residential electrical project.

When the crew showed up, they told me there were issues in the attic and crawlspace that would cost me more money. This should have been caught by the salesperson. This felt very much like a bait and switch. Beware for them to give you a low bid and raise the price when they arrive to do the work. Edit: After follow-up discussion with the company, I no longer believe this was a bait and switch, just poor communication from the woman in the office, the original estimator, and the people on-site who showed up to do the work. Each of the three areas that I was expecting to be done (attic, walls, crawlspace) had legitimate reasons for why they couldn't be done.

Having my exterior walls insulated with NW Insulation really could have not gone better. First, I…read morehad the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding. You can't even tell that they were there. I have only had a few hot days to determine if there has been an improvement and honestly it really does seem to stay cooler inside, looking forward to winter for the real test. All in all, this has been a great experience, I very highly recommend NW Insulation for your project.
