I am not sure if this is the normal price for a laundromat or not but it was cheaper when we lived in an apartment and used their washer/dryer (around $2-3 per load). Lots of machines here are out of order. The instructions to use the machines are unclear. When we tried to add coins to the dryer, the machine could not accept any more coins so we had to just start the machine for 10 mins and then moved to another machine that could accept coins. It was very inconvenient. The coin exchange machine does not always work either. The place is also kind of dirty. The owner needs to take a better care of this place. There are only two old and small chairs next to each other for people to sit on. I wish there are more chairs for people to use and not next to each other on the corner. It is very awkward to sit next to strangers in a very small space. Overall, I do not recommend this place unless you absolutely have no choice.

They handled everything beautifully. The rug came back clean, fresh-smelling, and looking noticeably brighter, and the entire room feels refreshed now that it's back in place. Pickup was Wednesday and delivery was Friday exactly as promised. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and careful with the rug. Even including a tip, the total was only about $45, which I thought was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved. I would absolutely use them again for oversized laundry items.

The owner pinned only one side of the dress- I was wearing the sandals I would normally be wearing with the dress - When I went to pick it up it was still too long, was dragging in the back because it was longer and it was nowhere near short enough and was uneven. The cost was $45 I asked her to redo it and she said she would but I would have to pay "half" - I decided not to continue working with her because of her refusal to fix it, and her attitude - which was not at all customer oriented.

I had this wool vest my mom used to wear and I had it cleaned many times down south. The color of the back was dark lavender to grey. I always thought it was the way the material was dyed. Well, I was wrong. When I had Lakewood Cleaners clean it, the colors became more vibrant and the grey is gone. The owner asked me about the color when I brought it in the first time but I just shrugged. Now I know why. She did what she did and it looks a lot better.
