This included requiring a six-foot hole to reach the pipes beneath our slab foundation. Communication was more than great, excavation went smoothly and the landscaping was put right back in place. Separately, the same day excavation filled the hole from the major pipe repair, I had to check my oven for a gas leak. After running into issues with my energy company, I called bluefrog. They came out, made sure it was safe and I was walked through what I needed to do in place of the energy company by the plumbing technician, Russ. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. And this is with two kids under five running around me in circles! What's more, the the technician explained the situation with the owner, Alan, who called me immediately and partially reimbursed the service fee for the gas leak check. The initial fee was fair, and they went the extra mile in place of the energy company. I wasn't surprised when I got a call from the owner the next day making sure that I was able to get the gas back on properly. I found bluefrog through Thumbtack (an app for home repairs). I highly recommend if in the Dallas area!

From the moment he left, we have been unable to get anyone from Blue Frog to respond to our numerous calls. If I don't hear from them soon I will call another plumbing company to resolve our hour water issue and dispute the charge to Blue Frog with my credit card company. Do not use this company! They do not stand by their word! After doing my own research, the Rinnai is obviously on. However, the plumber did not turn on the proper gas valves to restore the hot water. All I'm asking for is to restore my hot water the way it was before your company flushed my tankless heater! Owner/Manager/Alan, you asked about my name and I responded. I can't say enough good things about Vlad. He has helped us with several projects now, and each…read moretime he has gone above and beyond. We originally called for help removing an unusually placed back panel underneath our kitchen sink so we could access the plumbing. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

Our AC drip line, which ties into the sink in our upstairs bathroom, had backed up and caused the sink to clog and overflow. He was able to come out quickly, diagnose the issue, and get everything resolved. While he was here, he also took care of another clogged sink in a separate bathroom (gross wife rat tail, don't ask). He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and gave us great recommendations to help prevent future issues. Excellent service from start to finish. We would highly recommend using him again!

They used modern equipment to thoroughly test everything and were able to identify the actual problem very quickly. I initially thought I had a plumbing leak, which could have turned into a very expensive repair. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary work, he took the extra time to investigate and determined that the plumbing was fine--the water was actually getting through cracks around the shower. His honest diagnosis potentially saved me thousands of dollars. He was also very empathetic, explained everything clearly, and even gave me a discount. It's difficult to find professionals who combine this level of knowledge, technology, honesty, and customer service. I cannot recommend The Leak Whisperers enough. Easily 5 stars.

There are a lot of different types of people out there with different types of knowledge and experience and different tools they use, but this should absolutely be your first call. I say that because it was not my first call and I wish it had been. I have a friend who is very plugged into the plumbing industry who recommended another plumber to me. So that plumber, who advertisers leak detection as part of his services as well, came and spent some time trying to localize it. He was here for almost 7 hours, much of which was diagnosing the issue and then doing a couple reroutes. When he left, we knew it was still leaking (probably a 2nd leak, we assumed), but it was late and the issue was seeming fairly complex. Before he came out again a couple days later, I asked Jason to come have a look. He walked in and it took him about 15 minutes to map out the pipes and identify the most likely source of the leak. We spent a little more time reviewing what the other plumber had done and talking about what the next steps should probably be. He was very professional about that process, not just crapping on the other plumber's work or anything like that. He also helped me get the lines labeled so it would be easier for me to know what was what. He clearly cared to see that my issue was resolved. When the other plumbers came back, Jason sent me several text messages with information I could share with them that he knew would be helpful. When it sounded like they were maybe not in alignment, he sent me a lot more information and strongly advised letting him call me so I could get us all on the phone together. I tried my best to be diplomatic about this process because I didn't want anybody feeling like their toes were getting stepped on, but ultimately we got on speaker phone with those guys and Jason explained what was going on. They were a little bit resistant at first and wanted to keep on with their own methods of exploring the situation, but it didn't take long for them to realize that everything Jason had said was true and that his recommended solution was the best course of action. So, ultimately, everybody ended up in agreement, the main difference being that it took Jason -- with his tools and experience -- about 25 minutes to know everything you could want to know. And the most important thing to know about this is that the plumbers I had been using were still good plumbers with decades of experience who I would still not hesitate to recommend. Jason just happens to have a particular expertise doing leaks day in and day out. The other guys were qualified and competent. Jason was just next level. Before they left, they commented that Jason had been really helpful and asked me for his contact information so they could see about using him on some of their jobs. I think that's a pretty damn good endorsement. Anyway, I know there are a lot of options on Yelp if you have a leak, but I don't see any reason to look any further from here.
