After a couple of minor tweaks, the final estimate was prepared quickly, and I was able to sign with confidence. Office Team: Michele and Veronica provided outstanding customer service and follow-up. A great example--when I requested the permit around 5 PM the evening before installation, they sent it to me within minutes so I could have it posted in my window for HOA compliance. That kind of responsiveness speaks volumes. Installation Crew: Installation day was truly impressive. The crew, led by Jerry (the foreman), arrived just before 9:30 AM. Jerry first asked where he could park to avoid inconveniencing us or our neighbors--a small but thoughtful gesture. He then explained the plan while his team of four immediately got to work like an F1 pit crew. * Within an hour, the old furnace and condenser were removed. * Each team member worked in sync without wasted time, constant chatter, or distractions. * Pipes were bent perfectly, wires were zip-tied neatly, insulation was taped and sealed, and they cleaned as they went along. * They didn't even seem to stop for lunch--just steady, focused, detailed work all day. The quality of the installation exceeded expectations: * Gas line brought to the front for easy access * Gas trap installed * New drip pan with cutoff float * 4-inch filter upgrade * New supports, hangers, and plywood for the zone switch (instead of mounting it directly on the unit) * Ducts re-routed for efficiency and to give me more attic storage space * Everything vacuumed and cleaned upstairs, downstairs, and in the attic before they left At the end, Jerry took the time to walk me through every detail of the work--no rushing out the door. I would never use this company. I had a small leak in coil. They came out for $89 to find problem. Tech started to do work without regard to how much he was to charge me. He wanted $100 for nitrogen in line, $250 for leak test. I told him to not due any work. He didn't care about overcharging me. To replace leak in coil would have been outrageous price also. WORST $89 Diagnosis Fee Ever. We called Airview AC to get a diagnosis service of our AC unit that froze the pipes on our outside AC unit. Charles came in to check whats going on and explain to him the situation it might be leaking He told me he cannot diagnosis and give me resolution because he needs to charge me another $130.00 to do a leak search. So basically the $89 diagnosis fee was full of BS and moving forward we need to charge you more and more to give you a resolution and fix the problem. Sorry for the word but "WHAT A SCAM". Charles didn't even diagnose the problem thoroughly, he based his diagnosis to the story I told him. NOT happy at all paying the $89 diagnosis fee which I thought never happen. My float switch kept draining my system. After 4+ years of dealing with various AC repair companies in my area (at least 5+ different companies) I tried Airview. Monica spent time with me explaining the root causes of why my system wouldn't turn on, exactly how it happens and then had one her techs come out to confirm. They got to the root of the issue with my system almost immediately while other local service providers just slapped duct tape on it and had no idea the problem was there. I was reading at the recent review online and it is just like De Javu to us. We called Air View AC for a diagnostic service because we thought our AC is not cooling at all, I believe his name was Charles or Charlie, I know it starts with letter "C" but he has a flashlight on his hat together with his sidekick forgot his name apologize, not very friendly at all and all rugged and dirty. They came in with their dirty boots into our house and asked my husband what is going on and my husband told them that there might be a leak on the AC unit and ask them can you check it. The guy with the flashlight said sure but we need to charge you $120.00 to check for the leak. Me and my husband look at each other and was totally baffled. So, in order for you to do a diagnostic service you need to charge me again another $120.00 to inspect after I have to pay you $90.00 on your diagnostic fee, what is your diagnostic fee a lip service? You should change your name from diagnostic fee to scam fee, and then you will charge another fee to really diagnose the real issue, this is totally a scam or this technician just want to scam us, a total disappointment. He just told us that how we do it here and I cannot help you at all if I cannot check where the leak is and we need to charge you, if you decline it is ok you can find another AC company and we did and was happy with the service we had with other AC Company and much more friendly and cleaner than these technicians. We declined because we believe that we already paid you $90 to diagnose the problem Not to be charged again to really diagnose the problem. We just built a new home,so we had 2 brand new AC units. We couldn't get the comp that installed to come out and service it in the heat of Summer, so we called Airview in our hometown. They came out, tech seemed knowledgeable. We signed up for a yearly service plan. The tech informed us he would have to get some new parts and would contact the manufacturer and get back to us. We never heard back from the company. While here the tech really did nothing- not blow out or clean the unit. He said he would do it all when he returned with new parts. Since we never heard back we asked for a refund for the 2nd part of the service agreement. They said no refunds. So thank you for literally NOTHING and billing us. Our neighbors told us your services were awful- should have listened. We called a Dallas company and they fixed it a week later. DO NOT USE this organization or purchase their service agreement!
