The young man went into the attic found the pipe bent our roof vent back into shape, cleaned the vent out and meticulously cleaned up after himself. The best part was he charged us exactly what he quoted us after doing all the work to fix what we had destroyed, before he arrived. He was the most honest business owner I have encountered. My dryer was running fine before the service, but Ted cleaned the inside lint duct and filter anyways and I'm sure it will work better now. Just to give you some context of the work Ted did, he moved the dryer out of the way, vacuumed and cleaned the duct from inside and then vacuumed and cleaned the dryer pipe from the outside, a lot of work for a fair price. When I asked that the technician receive proper training so this type of misreporting doesn't happen again, the manager simply replied, "nothing needs to be done." That response alone showed a clear lack of customer service and accountability. They also advertise a 30-minute arrival notice, yet I received only 5 minutes. The technician then called questioning why I wasn't at the property -- not considering that many customers own investment properties and may not live on-site.
