    Absolutely amazing job by saleswoman Brittany Rice. BUYERS PLEASE HEAR THIS: I had scheduled to see a specific car, but by the time I drove 45 minutes to their dealership, the car was sold. Brittany was there, she was ready to show me others but I insisted I wanted that car. Instead of her pushing me to stay and look, she saw how badly I wanted to buy a vehicle within my price budget So instead of the classic car sales tricks, she said "no problem. I will call you when we get another like it in, we get em all the time". This dealership, from the minute I walked in, was honest, hardworking, and Brittany didn't stop until she knew I was 10000% happy with my decision. I ended up hating that car that I thought I had wanted, and didn't even go with Nissan! With the help of Brittany and her team, she was able to find the perfect deal for me, right at my budget, all in 102 degree weather!!! Highly recommend to any and all car buyers looking for straight shooters and good deals you really can't beat. She wasn't lying, they price their cars the cheapest than any other dealer in 100 mi radius (trust me, I went to the others and saw it for myself. 12,999 sticker price = 21,900 at Mitsubishi down the road.- UNREAL) HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Brittany you are awesome.

    I purchased a car 3 mths ago, no issues at all, other than the awkward 15 min of them trying to sell me a warranty and me repeatedly saying no about 25 different times. But other than that it was actually a pleasant car buying process. They gave me a free oil change. 3 mths later I go to get my oil changed on a Monday , no issues, no cost. I leave and go home .Tuesday and Wednesday I sporadically would hear some sort of weird sound but it wasn't the whole time I was driving but granted I didn't drive far and I had music on , I turned the music off but of course I couldn't get the noise to replicate so I'm thinking maybe I'm hearing things or maybe it was the music. Thursday I'm driving on 84 and everytime I drive over where the road joint is ( like where the road connects to the overpass) I hear a loud scraping. I get to work and get on all 4's and see something hanging ! I call them up and immediately make an appt for the following day . I go and they say oh it looks like you hit something and it hit your heat shield . I 100% did not hit anything! My car was perfectly fine before I brought it in. It's clearly been hanging for 4 days since I had my oil changed of course it's going to look like it's been hit! He said we would have noticed if it was like this when you came in for your oil change and brought it to your attention. So after a "free" oil change Now they expect me to pay for parts and labor to have it fixed?!? Highly unsatisfied with their service department. I do NOT recommend . I would rather pay somewhere else to get it replaced than to pay them. Very shady.

    Drop by dealership last week Spoke to front desk regarding the new pathfinder I was told someone will assist me 25 minutes later still no one I sat in the dealership and not one person asked if I needed assistance I heard everyone talking and joking around And I'm still ignored I'm sure the key is to have a customer come into the dealership I guess I wasn't the customer they wanted. Very sad Not a way to treat anyone Especially when you are trying to make a sale I'm putting this on yelp now since I emailed the top 3 bosses of the dealership and no one responded.... WHY WASNT I ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP ? I GUESS MY MONEY NOT GOOD HERE ?? NUMEROUS STAFF MEMBERS WALKED BY ME AND NOT ONE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. WHY ????? NOT A GOOD LOOK TO THOSE IN BLUE..

Dealing with people who are happy is easy, dealing with people who have a problem with their vehicle is a much harder feat. I had an issue with my brand new 2014 Subaru Forester and I truly feel that Mid Hudson Subaru did everything in their power to help me from initially attempting to fix the issue and then finally working with Subaru to replace the vehicle. Leadership starts from the top and Peter Maher, the owner, exemplifies that. Every promise he made me along the way, he honored. That's very respectable in my book. The manager, Kevin, is also caring, helpful and not your typical car dealer manager. Mid Hudson's sales team is great and Michelle is the best car salesperson i've ever dealt with. She knows the cars, doesn't play games, gives you a great price and makes buying a car an easy and pleasurable process. The service department is also really good. Rob Bosch is the manager and cares about his customers. I've dealt with him directly several times and the guy really wants to help you. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and I actually recently went back and bought my wife a Legacy.

    Ignoring symptoms and not checking thoroughly in March caused big problem in July!!!!…read moreI was charged close to 200 dollars for a "diagnostic" conducted by mechanics (who make close to 200 bucks an hr for labor) and they found nothing wrong with my car in March but in 4 mos later my car becomes totally disabled due to the same complaints I made in March. The service manager Mark told me in March that he put my car with his "best mechanic" but despite this they could not explain the issues I was reporting so they took the 200 for the diagnostic, and proceeded to write me a 3000 + estimate that was all for acua services I would need for the year but nothing addressing the actual problem the car was actively happening and I had reported, several times. Because the problem was not identified and the symptoms happened intermittently, I continued to drive the car and complain until in July my cars symptoms became significantly worse and ultimately my car stopped working. I towed the car to Acura and this time I was told that it was my alternator and that apparently the spool valve assembly was leaking oil into the alternator " ( it would be 2400 to fix) for a long period of time" (now Mike reports this to me). My issue with that is if it's been leaking so heavily in July why wasn't it seen in March!? He said it had to be occurring a long while- I think I know what happened they took a Quick Look in March took my 200 bucks and made a wrong report because they just didn't look!!! Never going to them again! I then towed (at my expense) to a different garage and paid the mechanic considerably less.

Shortly after purchasing the Renegade, I was having severe buyer's remorse and missing my Santa Fe. I tried returning the Renegade to the dealer and was inquiring where my Santa Fe went, but they were no help because they suck. I even went down to the dealer where I purchased my Santa Fe, but they couldn't help me either. I googled the VIN of my Santa Fe for several weeks and finally got a hit on August 17: the Santa Fe sold at auction and was at Performance Motor Cars in Wappingers Falls, 100 miles from my house! I immediately called up and asked if the Santa Fe was available. I reached Caleb Rose and he was nothing short of a gentleman and told me the Santa Fe was available and I told him my story and he was impressed. I told him I wanted to buy the car back. We set everything up and I purchased the car back today, August 25! Despite my unique situation, there are several cars on the lot to choose from and all different types of cars and different makes. It is definitely worth a look for anyone looking for a gently used car and I was very impressed. To say I am over the moon to have my car back is an understatement. The whole staff at Performance Motor Cars knew my story and loved it. The dealership was very professional and so helpful throughout the entire transaction. After I run my Santa Fe into the ground, there's a good chance I'll make another 100 mile trip up to Performance Motor Cars due to the great service I received. Plus, who doesn't love a good road trip with a car you just purchased? THANK YOU PERFORMANCE!!!

Perry was absolutely wonderful and spent an extraordinary amount of time with me to go over all of the car's features and made sure everything was perfect and in working order. We called, and my husband emailed Brian Coughlin, Mr. CEO, not a word. CRICKETS. So finally, after leaving 3 messages today, I received word that my car was coming home. I have my car now, finally, after over 2 weeks. I'm not sure what happened to it. Hopefully, it never happens again. They told me it was fixed, time will tell. Can you imagine being the CEO and not answering an email or phone call? The main concern is that I sold 3 other cars for them. My brother, my neighbor, and my neighbor's parents.
