The burgers were cooked perfectly, and the brisket was tender, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. Still full of regulars that at time make it kind of an unpleasant place to grab a beer. Music is kept right at that inconvenient volume where it's too loud to have a conversation. What's changed? The food went from being very solid to pretty buns overnight. Sterling chicken fingers used to be fresh, hand breaded, cooked to perfection. Now you get the exact same quality you'd get from Tyson in your air fryer. Wings were not very good either.
