They came back crooked, with all different lengths and the lining was hemmed longer than the front panel. Terrible work. The woman at the desk gave them to me and even pointed out that the lining looked messed up and if it doesn't hang right when I get home, bring it back and she will fix it. It got it home and it was not right. I brought them back and the same woman got defensive and said there was nothing wrong with any of them and she refused to fix them. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn't do that. I guess they don't value long time customers who have spent thousands in their shop. I will never set foot in this place again. I think a wash was like $6.00 for 2 loads, and it only took like 30 minutes to wash. Dryers were only $.50 for 30 minutes, cheap. Spent $9.00 loaded onto a card, had like $2.00 leftover and gave my card to another customer. Would definitely recommend. Was in and out in about an hour with fresh clothes!

So if you accidentally spilled the laundry detergent or fabric softener on your hands you can't clean them. Why shut the laundry tub faucet off? The colorful happy mural of blue bubbles on the windows - which actually drew me to the place- are gone too. It's a very sad place now to sit in. Uggh. It was a really nice place before. Pictures on the wall. If you gotta sit for a couple hours all alone...this place is always empty - make it pleasant. I do like the few giant oversized machines and go when blankets, pillows, and comforters need to get done.
