So freaking annoying that you have to buy a laundry card to use the machines. I could understand it for cash, but if I'm using a debit or credit card why does it matter if I use a laundry card at the machine or the debit/credit? (Maybe because they charge a 4% fee, idk.) Parking in front and back at this place. I didn't realize there was parking in back which would have been helpful since it's a bit closer but oh well. There are lots of folding tables around, lots of laundry carts, and lots of TVs though only one seems to have any sound coming from it and it's blaring. My bf had been going here for years and it used to be 24 hours but who cares about his opinion this is my review LOL! I like how clean & efficient this place is and also there's so many machines of so many sizes & the staff are so quiet but always cleaning or willing to help. You have to prepay on a card and that's used to do the machines and swipe you access to the bathrooms. They sell a ton of options for laundry products and snacks too and have tvs on. They offer laundry service by the pound I think there's a ten pound minimum and I've seen their results and looks like they do a good job. BEAVER alert. The first time I came my bf said let's go out back I want to show you something. We stood my a big rustic fenced in pond by there and he said I saw a beaver back here. I said that's bs but he showed me a pic. We didn't see it walked up front and wandered by the ditch deep water thing that flowed from a tunnel from the pond some hundreds of feet up and there was the BEAVER. Big ass paddle tail and wood collecting. Subsequently we've seen a stoic heron and family of geese with paddle of babies. read more

The washer and dryers all top notch! The Customer Service team is wonderfu! All very helpful. They help you at the door and make sure that you can load your money onto your card. I have been to a Laundromat where the cards were difficult to use. No problems at Wash Smart Laundry! Lots of machines, so no worries there. Very clean facility with newer updated machines. Staff on hand is always helpful. They sell detergent in case you forget to bring your own.

I needed to wash my queen sized quilt and comforter. Plenty of machines big and small. I was new to the location. Someone helped me out with a smile. I will return when my bedding needs to be washed again. read more

If you're looking for a clean place to do your laundry, this seems like a place you'll like. I've been a couple times and really like the cash to card system. They have various sizes of machines and .59 cent dryers for 15 minutes. I like how I can come in and get it all done efficiently, then get out. Weekdays aren't as busy as weekends. It's in the same strip as Tony's grocery store, if you wanna kill two birds with one stone. Truly one of the better laundromats in the area. It's worth me driving 5 miles to do my laundry if I want to. read more

This was my first time here or at any laundromat actually. I was helping someone in the area with their laundry and they recommended this place. First impression, it's very impressive! The place is big and has tons of machines, and it is super clean. I had a little trouble setting up the payment card with funds, but eventually it worked. Considering it was my first time using these machines, it was pretty easy and I did not run into any trouble using the machines. There are all different sizes of washers, the bigger the washer, the higher the price. The dryers are huge! I was able to put 2 loads in one and it still only filled it up like half way. It seems they go by 15 minute intervals. My clothes were nearly dry after the first 15 minutes but I put it in for one more cycle to get them all the way dry. I went on a weekend during the day and there were plenty of machines available and plenty of space. The environment was very comfortable with places to sit and stations to help with folding. In terms of value, I'm not sure what other laundromats charge, but from what I am used to in residential laundry facilities, it was kind of expensive. Overall I highly recommend it and I would definitely go back to do more laundry there. read more

I used the drop off service, was told would be ready in one hour, okay great. Almost three hours later not ready. Finally I get text saying it's ready. I go there, lady that doesn't speak English gives me my laundry with this basket, I asked if the basket was for me she said yes. Okay great I walk off with it. Later I get a call from some guy named Fernando say I have to return the basket I said the lady gave it to me! Said no I have return it now she told him I took it. Okay I will return it tomorrow. By the way I said my clothes aren't fully dried either, I provided my own soap I did get that back either. The woman spoke no English not my problem no one answers the phones either never again. read more
