Chicken Salad Salad
Kim V.

I typically order to pick up and go. My orders are always correct and ready on time. The food is excellent. I haven't had any issues with Quality. Today I had the chicken chicken salad and it was one of the best salads I've ever picked up from there.Highly recommend!

Visited this location many times and service is quick and reliable. Food quality is always excellent as well. Online orders are accurate, even when we make substitutions.

I had a negative experience last time, and was very disheartened. I reached out and Shelby called me back promptly and apologized, and was amazing and fantastic. I went back today, and had the perfect Potbelly sandwich and the perfect Potbelly experience. A+

The Wreck on wheat!

Oh, Potbelly. Why aren't you available in The South? More specifically, Arkansas.... getting even more on point, how about Bentonville? Heck, I'll even give you my home address so you can build a freestanding restaurant in the vacant land down the road from my house! THAT is how much I love Potbelly. I've been a frequent visitor of Potbelly sandwiches ever since I started going to school in downtown Chicago, many years ago. I first tried "The Wreck," and I was hooked -- for LIFE. Their sandwiches are so simple, yet so delectable. Like I said above, my go-to sandwich is "The Wreck"on wheat bread, with every available condiment except for oil (the hot peppers offer enough oil for my taste). I can't remember the exact inner logistics of the sandwich because I tend to just inhale the sandwich so fast that I forget to look at the detailed ingredients. But, I can tell you it's got the basic cold cuts as the base, and they are placed on a delicious toasted bread that adds just the perfect crunch. I tend to also add a strawberry shake to my meal, which is orgasm in a cup, to put in bluntly. Man, that shake is awesome. It tastes like freshly churned strawberry ice cream straight from the barn (not that I know what that tastes like, but I imagine there are quite a few similarities)! They also add two adorable shortbread cookies on your straw! As far as the restaurants as a whole, the decor is the same throughout the chain. There seems to be a mix of vintage items and various "antiques" spread throughout the restaurants to give it an old school feel. The majority of their restaurants also have a little stage in the corner for people to play music, which is always fun. The staff always seems to be upbeat and cheerful, and this particular location was no exception to that. To note also, there are various sizes of sandwiches you can get, ranging from skinny, regular, and BIG. Their prices aren't overly outrageous, either. If you want a great sandwich that is different then the normal sandwich chains, then give Potbelly a shot -- you won't be disappointed.

I'm a big fan of this concept with comfortable seating in a spacious restaurant, plenty of parking,…read moregreat presentation, friendly service, and attractive decor. Compared to similar restaurants in this space, I prefer to go here with friends for its generally quieter atmosphere and overall vibe. Maybe the biggest complaint here is that the food preparation can be a bit inconsistent between dishes, and between different meat types. That is, that the output can range from delicious to somewhat average (and sometimes overcooked), depending on what you order. For example the birria was super flavorful and served with very crisp tacos and a delicious consomme, but the cilantro-lime rice and refried beans felt like an afterthought. The smoked pork belly quesadillas had a great flavor and just about the right amount of fattiness that was short of perfection due to the pork being overcooked. The tres leches cake also had a great creaminess and flavor to it, but parts of the cake weren't really soaked in the milk at all, which created an inconsistent experience - depending on where I took the bite. On everything I tried though, the presentation was excellent and there were enough great things about each dish to overcome some of the shortfalls. Overall though, I feel with improved execution on ensuring that all elements of the dishes are equally good in terms of texture and flavor -- there's a lot to love about Ancho & Agave. But even in its current state, it's still an enjoyable spot to take a group of friends for tasty food in an impressive looking spot.

My boss and I came here for a quick lunch and it did not disappoint…read more We really enjoyed their complimentary chips and salsa. I don't know what it is, but there is something distinct about them that separates them from other restaurants. Service was excellent where quality checks, keeping beverages filled, and reading when it was time to wrap it up came naturally. It is a very open style bistro which I love. I can see the vibe of this place during a dinner rush being a lot of fun (seems like this place can accommodate groups of all sizes). Ancho & Agave seems more Mexican-fusion than traditional-Mexican so for what it is, I'd say overall it's very good and would definitely return.
