For me, one of the better Culver's locations in the area. The parking setup is off the main road, which avoids cross traffic and there's plenty of parking in a logically arranged setup in front of the store. The restaurant itself seems to be generally cleaner and better organized than some other locations I've been to. Service is fairly fast and friendly and there's a good amount of space to casually hang out at this restaurant. Most of the time it's not extremely busy, but even when it's busier - the layout is fairly effective at dispersing noise. Food is generally reliable here - hot food served hot, cold foods nice and cold. I generally come here for the custards, but occasionally get hot food (with a frozen treat after). While it's not the cheapest, I feel that you can get smaller portions here without paying high prices as most spots start with high prices for the smallest options with small increases in prices for significantly larger sizes. The options around the area (La Michoacana, McDonalds, etc.) are generally lower price overall though -- and I like Culvers more for sundaes that have mix-ins, as there's a lot more flavor choices elsewhere. Overall, solid spot for a sweet treat with a full selection of hot options as well. Good to enjoy standard American favorites at fast food prices.

Stopped by for lunch today and here are some thoughts: --We ordered at the counter, got drinks and napkins, and by the time we sat down, they were bringing out our food! --I tried their sweet tea for the first time and really enjoyed it. Not too sweet. --The butterburger is a can't miss! Excellent searing and tasty as they come for a fast food burger. --Crinkle cut fries are thick and good, never soggy. Highly recommended!

My husband and I went to Culver's for dessert. Before we entered we noticed a pond with live fish in it right outside the entrance. That was such a cool feature. We shared a two scoop flavor of the day (Devil's Food Cake) ice cream cup. It was rich and creamy and delicious. Definitely made my sweet tooth happy. We visited with a friend in the restaurant and enjoyed our time there.

This culvers was honestly the best customer service I've received, the staff were energetic and outgoing. Especially the assistant manager Kiana who made the ordering process enjoyable and fun! The Ambiance of this store is your standard culvers, But they have an extremely cool koi pool out in the front entrance which I had to stop to take a look at! The Koi were simply too cool to look over. The food was good, however, the concrete mixer was a bit much for me but thats mainly on my choice of double chocolate!

Plenty of room and lots of window light.

When you're looking for a quick burger and the dry, fast-food patties from the other places don't sound appealing, then give Culver's a try. This is one of my wife's favorite burger places because they make their burgers like her mother used to grill them. And the butter they add to the bun gives it a rich, juicy flavor. Everything is made to order and the meat is never frozen. They also have fish, chicken, soup, salads and comfort foods like beef pot roast or Reuben sandwiches. Over the years I've tried many of the non-burger meals at this place. It's always good. They also have self-serve soda machines so you can go back for refills. But the true reason I like to stop in here is because of their frozen custard. They have a flavor of the day and it's usually a tasty combination of sweet ingredients. And if you don't like the mixture they pick, you can build your own! They call it a Concrete Mixer and you can add nuts, candy, toppings, and even fruit. Every time I go I tell myself I'm going to get one after the meal, but after I've finished a sandwich and fries, I never have room left for one! That's why sometimes I skip the burger and just order a mixer for my meal. Hey, it's one of the bennies of being an adult!

First time at Rep's today and here are some of my thoughts:…read more --The place is clean, looks new, service was friendly. --You order at the front desk and they call your name when it's ready--very fast, but quiet during the weekday lunch hour. --I ordered the original smasher meal, includes waffle fries and a fountain drink, all for about $15. --You get a lot of fries--they were fresh, hot, and good, plenty of salt. --The smashburger was good. Highlight was the cheese and the pickles. If you like a good cheeseburger, you'll love Rep's smashburger! Overall, good. I've tasted better smashburgers and better buns. This feels like a fast food version of the smashburger.

Always excited to see a new non-chain restaurant! Rep's took over the old Arby's location, and…read moreretained their drive thru, which I love to see. Reps is a smash burger place first and foremost. The only other food they have is a fried chicken sandwich and fries. They additionally have drinks, shakes, and alcohol. Typically, in my experience, places with such small menus have very good food. They need to be confident in their limited offerings enough to run a business off of just those items. I ordered one of their burgers, and even though all the employees were new, they were fairly quick in getting the food out. There are some things about their menu that I don't like and find confusing. Everything on the menu appears to be priced well except the burgers. This is because they do not include any toppings other than cheese and a side of 3 optional small pickles to put on the burger. All other toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc) are SOLD SEPERATELY. If I am buying a $9 burger, and you think it is good without toppings, I understand not putting them on the burger, but if someone asks for it, it shouldn't be extra. Once we get past the menu and on to the food itself, I find that Rep's is very correct. The burger, nicely smashed and caramelized, complete with it's cheese and (optional) pickles, needs no other sauce or topping. It is very flavorful, and paired with a nice brioche bun. It really is delicious! The problem is, without any of the extra toppings, it is kind of a small burger for $9. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't need those extra toppings one bit. In fact, after eating it with just the (optional) pickles, I don't think I would want to add anything, but this does make it less filling. So although this won't be an economical place to go if you are super hungry, it is a great place to go for a delicious smash burger. I wish them the best and will be back to try their Big Bad Bird chicken sandwich which sounds amazing!

I was scrolling through Uber Eats and I've seen this restaurant come up as a suggestion several times. Well being that I didn't want anything from the usual fast food options, I decided to give them a chance today. I am overjoyed that I did! The burgers were absolutely delicious & the fries were both crispy and fluffy, with just the right amount of seasoning on them! Nothing is worse than an overseasoned fry. Okay well some things are but you get my point. I did two separate build your own burgers. One for my mom who likes the rabbit food on her burgers, and one for me who wants meat cheese and all the deliciousness! She absolutely devoured hers and loved it and mine was absolutely fantastic. Pure deliciousness! I'm already ready to order from here again tomorrow! The food was fast, fresh, and hot so as far as I'm concerned the service if we went here would be fantastic too! I can't speak to the Ambiance yet because we've only had it delivered but based off the food I would say it's got to be very clean and orderly. I will definitely be getting the burger with the egg on it next time! They are competitively priced as well, especially given that your fries or chosen side are included in the price! Definitely give this place a try if you're near one of their locations I promise you won't be disappointed!

For the hand-cut meats, we tried the brisket and pulled pork. Both were incredibly tender, smoky, and practically melted in your mouth. I was a little worried the mac and cheese would be too spicy because of the Hot Cheetos, but it actually had just the right amount of kick. The combination of creamy mac and crunchy Cheetos made it extra flavorful. To finish the meal, we shared a burger, and wow , it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. And Baker's Square closed YEARS ago in SoCal. Missed their pies and baked goods! So imagine my (pleasant) surprise when I found this little place in Palatine! I decided to head there for a brekky on a cool May morning. Stepped in, saw all the breads, pastries, and pies along the front counters- wow. I was greeted warmly and seated instantly. My waitress came right away, and I ordered unleaded (decaf for those in the know). It came in a little pot, ala IHOP, and was really, really GOOD. Wow. Decaf has come a long ways from the Sanka days! I ordered the INN-CREDIBLE V.I.B. which allowed me to order 4 yummy items of my choice - I chose the french toast (yummy and spiced just right albeit w/room temp syrup- not a deal-breaker but notable), a strawberry crepe (totally awesome strawberries, but the crepe was a bit colder than expected); scrambled eggs (always a nice stalwart) and two turkey sausage links (as with the frenchie above, nicely flavored!). The ambience was modern, updated, and felt welcoming and (thankfully) a bit familiar. Brought back some good ol' memories even if only the Baker's Square part of the menu was just pies nowadays. But the Village Inn lives on! And that counts - and I'll return. You should check it out too if you enjoy a good brekky at a classic American diner!
