Worst Chipotle I've been to. Went on Sunday and it was moderately busy so it's understandable that it took a bit for someone to assist us with ordering food. Music from the back (kitchen or dish cleaning area) was very loud and competing with the music played in the restaurant. Normally I say whatever, but I couldn't hear the person asking for our order and they couldn't hear our responses based on how loud the back music was playing. Not a deal breaker. Went to find a table to sit at and they were all covered in used napkins, trays and food. Garbages were overflowing, there were no forks and the soda fountain machine sprayed a drink all over my hand and arm when I tried to get something to drink. I already do not enjoy Chipotle, but gave it a chance because my daughter wanted it. I will never go back to that location. read more

It was the worst dining experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The first guy behind the counter just stood there and stared like he was stoned or this was the last place on earth that he wanted to be. He just stood there when we asked him questions about the food, not saying a word after three times he finally answered our question in a manner that made you think he was angry with you for asking. He then proceeded to put less that a full scoop of rice and chicken in my bowel. The food that was supposed to be hot was at best, lukewarm. Every single table was filthy, we had to wipe our table down with napkins. Although I will say, after she saw us do it, a girl came out and wiped down all the other tables while the two guys behind the counter stood there texting on their phones. I rarely write reviews but I was so shocked by my experience tonight that I had to. If I could give zero stars I would. My recent visit was a nightmare of appalling service, unsanitary conditions, and blatant disrespect from the management. Upon arriving promptly for my pickup order, I found myself waiting for about 10-15 minutes while walk-in customers effortlessly received their meals. The discrepancy in service between walk-ins and online orders was baffling and raised the question: why bother ordering ahead if the service isn't expedited? When I finally approached the register to inquire about my order, the staff member seemed indifferent, disappearing to the back only to return with my bag as if it had been forgotten. To compound matters, our order was missing the chips we had paid for, setting a disconcerting tone from the outset. The store's lack of cleanliness only exacerbated the situation. Tables and counters were smeared with food remnants, and even the presence of toilet paper strewn about the halls added to the overall sense of neglect. Upon unpacking our burrito bowls at home, the extent of the incompetence became painfully clear. Grease and food residue coated the containers, indicating a shocking lack of hygiene in food preparation. Both orders were woefully incorrect and bowls were maybe half-full - zero meat in the chicken pastor and steak bowl I ordered, absent guacamole, the wrong beans and a scarcity of other essential ingredients. My mother's bowl suffered the same fate, devoid of meat and overloaded with sour cream she never even asked for. I have had countless burrito bowls at a variety of different chipotle stores and sure, orders aren't always 100% accurate, but never have I ever felt this grossed out and I'd rather not to eat a bowl of cold lettuce and sour cream. Efforts to address these issues were met with further disappointment. Attempts to contact the store for a refund were met with silence. After trying to call 3-4 times, we ended up needing to physically go back to the store in order to inquire for our refund. Upon returning to the store in person, we were met with a dismissive manager who not only demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge about the company's own refund procedures, he outright refused to provide his name, proceeding to turn his back and shut the door behind him. We saw people we knew in line, told them about what just happened, and that's when the manager came back out, told us we needed to leave and called US disrespectful which was nothing short of disgraceful for anyone working in customer service... From the negligent staff to the deplorable cleanliness standards and the disrespectful behavior of the management, it is abundantly clear that this branch has utterly failed in providing even the most basic standards of service and should be shut down. read more

Hello all. I just wanted to say this location is straight trash. It's always chaotic and messy. The drinking fountain never works correctly, the juices are always empty and the food is not worth the price. Lately all our chips are half stale and half kinda fresh. So that means they are mixing the stale chips with the rest. Nasty. Also the portion sizes are laughable. Save you money and go to Tacos El Norte down the street. I had to drive all the way back to pick up my food they forgot... also this wasn't a pickup order or mobile this was in person. When I got there they said "you forgot your bowl" NO YOU GUYS FORGOT to put the bowl in the big bag you gave me... I had everyone's order but mine.. just annoying. Tonight was the breaking point for us. After half a dozen bad experiences ranging from orders taking 15 minutes longer than promised time (could have gone through the line three times in the time it takes to receive preorder) to missing/incorrect items... we are ready to call it quits. The food is usually excellent, but the service is horrendous. There are half a dozen teenage boys working here that couldn't care less about the customers. Today's final straw went like this... 1. Arrive to pickup order 2. 5 minutes of standing there before the young man asks for my name. He disappears into the back never to be seen again. 3. 10 minutes later another kid asks my name. Goes into the back. 4. 5 minutes later he comes back out. "What was the name?" I am asked for the third time. This time he comes back with food immediately like it had been sitting there the whole time. 5. I check the order and realize we are missing two bags of chips. 6. "Excuse me, we are missing the chips." "We don't have any chips" "You don't have any chips?" Boy shakes head "We'll I paid for chips" "Talk to the manager" "Where's the manager?" Got a couple bowls and they were FIREEE. Whoever was working today around 1:30pm made a couple of the best bowls we have had and we even had to save it for later it was so filled! Bags of chips actually had chips in it. Scoops of steak were an actual scoop unlike other locations, and the rice was super fresh. A lot of times I've gotten Chipotle, the food is dry and the chip bags are barely filled (not at this location). Workers were on top of filling supplies and cleaning tables. They may not have been smiling and making convo like all the other negative reviews state, but I would get annoyed with the complainers these days too ‍ they served how they were supposed to. I wait in line and the person in front of me is with her 2 little girls and husband. She was a very sweet lady. She says can i get 2 kid quesadillas. The guy rudely grabs the tortillas and they are like old and crumbling like my grandmothers skin. So he starts taking of the tortillas the tortillas are hard but look almost sticky in the middle so the tortillas where sticking to each other and not going off the stack of tortillas. So he looks at her and says that they are going to need a sometime to fix the tortillas. The mom is like okay fine. So he goes to me and i say i want a bowl. With rice,Stake,Cheese,sour cream and guacamole. He says the stake may take a while. I'm like fine so wait. I look in the back and the kid cooking the stake is on his phone watching tiktok and giggling away. And the poor guy at the front trying to make my bowl turns and tells him to hury up the kid bits the stake in the little bowl and slams it on the table to him. So then i get my bowl. The stake is not cooked it looked like the cow was still moving. The rice look days old and the cheese was hard. if yall are gonna rise your prices at least make the food edible but as i go to different chipotles it only seems to be this very one. They seem to have a hard time completing mobile orders correctly. The previous night I had ordered on their app to have a burrito bowl & chips ready at 9pm, I arrived at 9:05pm and it wasn't, they'd missed my receipt hanging on the wall. The next night I came in for a order at the same time, and while the bowl had been made correctly on time, they didn't give me the chips I paid for, so I had to drive back and get them. I found the Burrito Bowl picture appealing, and it was a best seller, so i ordered it. Holy cow, other than being free because my company paid and it being food, it sucked. Just a suggestion, if the burrito bowl is a best seller, maybe provide an option to deliver as pictured or, put a picture of the slop that was delivered to me with our company order. You do the math, 10 people in the office with lunch values of between $20-$30. From my perspective that's failure on your restaurant staff and missing out on the potential up-sale on that size order. Not to mention the Up-Sell possibilities, you have lost myself and my family's future business for life. No i don't have any pictures, basically is was a carry-out tin, with white rice, some darks spots from meat juice and remnants of the green sauce i requested.
