Walked inside at 9:50pm & they took 5 minutes with a gentleman telling him he needed his ID, then…read morelet him in anyway . So 5 minutes of my time wasted to allow someone who shouldn't even have been allowed in, inside- which caused a bad experience for someone like myself who came in with my ID. The security never told me the entire system will close out at 10pm sharp. I walk in, wait in line & let them know I'd like 7G's for $35. After i take out my phone to pay Apple Pay, the front desk guy tells me i need my physical card . So i run to get my card in my card & they said it depends on if the security lets me back in. Then when i run to ask the security guard, he tells me the door will close on me at 10pm. It was 9:58pm . He suggests to use the ATM. As i use the ATM, it's giving me issues & it hits 10pm & they yell over to me it's too late. So i ask them even when im inside already? That makes no sense. Why would you let someone inside with 5 minutes & they can be in line at 9:59 & the system wouldn't let them purchase anything at 10pm ? Allowing that gentleman in after making me wait 5 minutes when he shouldn't have been allowed in, caused me to not have enough time to go back inside & get my ID. Now you lost a good customer & gained one for one night for a customer who will probably never be back cus they don't even have an ID . Completely stupid system & employees who clearly can't use communication to help their customers within the last 5-10 minutes of closing. Why even accept customers after 9:50 & NOT tell them the system will NOT allow them to purchase ANYTHING after 9:55 so there is no confusion? Never been at a store like this & will NOT be back based off this inconvenience alone . Disappointing second time back & will NOT be back.

I bought a disposable vape manufactured by Raw Gardens 3 weeks ago at this store then went on a road trip for 10 days. During the road trip I discovered that the mouthpiece broke off and all the oil leaked out. I handled the disposable vape fairly carefully like I do with all my other vapes. When I returned home from the road trip, I took the vape back to the store and the manager, not in so many words, accused me of mishandling the vape. He wouldn't exchange, give me store credit, refund or even any store credit. Terrible customer service and he kept saying it's store policy. As I was leaving the dispensary, another customer informed me that someone had hit my parked car, causing damage to the rear driver's side tail light and back fender. I was upset but stayed calm because I assumed the business would have security cameras and be willing to help identify the vehicle responsible. Instead, I was met with complete disrespect from the security staff. Rather than offering any assistance or concern, I was treated rudely and told to "go fuck off." I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the way I was spoken to. After years of being a customer, I will never return. No one should be treated this way, especially after experiencing an accident on the property. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and treat them with basic respect. I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
