By mid afternoon I couldn't bear it anymore and decided to give this place a call. They were able to squeeze me in that day before the office closed. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the front staff and given some paper work to fill out. Shortly after I was taken in by Dr. Feucht who was very knowledgable, kind and personable. At the end of it all he spent his time explaining to me what happened and gave me some meds which helped me feel better in no time. Very happy camper! Will be back again!

Less than a month after getting these, strange lines appeared on both lenses, almost like the glass was cracking. They replaced the lenses once, and I was told to pay thirty-five dollars, which I did. But just couple of days later, The exact same thing happened again to the new glasses they replaced, but only on one lens. Then I was told they couldn't replace them because I had already used my replacement. The staff also said I didn't have scratch protection which I asked for my receipt and definitely they charged me for it and claimed they had warned me not to leave my glasses in a hot car when I picked them up. That never happened. When I picked up my replacement glasses, they just adjusted them and handed them to me. Nobody discussed heat or gave care instructions. If someone had told me heat could permanently damage the lenses, I would have avoided it. Instead, I spent445 dollars on glasses that I wasn't even able to use, and no one was willing to help. What a Waste of money and time. The optician who assisted me was very rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was a tall woman with blonde hair who I spoke with during my last visit when I went to have my lenses replaced. She told me that she had warned me about leaving the glasses in a hot car, but that never happened. I find it extremely disappointing to be told something that simply isn't true straight to my face and not admit that the product is bad or simply replace the lenses or do something that both parties can be satisfied like offering to replace with small charge or any normal business will do other than blaming and lying to me. This is very poor customer service. Currently, I don't think they actually care enough to do something about it and make things right.

The doctors are amazing, as is Paula, the glasses tech who always finds the perfect pair (or five!) of glasses and sunglasses. She also repaired two older pairs of glasses for me at no charge today. I am so glad I found Medfield Eye Associates. They are convenient, well run, organized and keep appointments on time. I highly recommend them.

With a history of dry eye, I called the office on Monday and spoke to Silvia. She understood my issue and scheduled me to come in later in the day. Unfortunately due to other commitments, I had to delay till next day and Silvia was very accommodating. I saw Dr. Jeff after a very short wait and he immediately saw that I had a corneal ulcer forming. He prescribed medication and sent me on my way. They called me at 11 o'clock this morning and said to come over that they could help me. I am in so much pain due to a problem and infection in my eye they were so kind and said I could come over 30 minutes before my appointment they called me and said I had to get in touch with my primary care physician for a referral. I do not need referrals. The snot nose older lady dressed like she was going to a Broadway show made me sit in my car handed me the paperwork and I sat there for almost an hour. She then told me it was my responsibility to get a referral I have been trying to call the doctor all day and again my health insurance states I don't need a referral. I'm glad they turned me away because I need an eye doctor not someone that sells glasses I can go to Walmart to get glasses and a vision test.
