Showed up at 5:55p with 5 mins left to close. The employee locked the door upon my arrival and told me to come back in the morning. I kindly asked to ship my FedEx item as I was leaving for a trip early morning but she refused to help. Don't say you close at 6p and turn customers away at 5:55p. I've been coming this way to send packages off and always friendly staff and very helpful too. I usually don't come in on a Monday and though there was a line it went by fast and smoothly. You can find a lot of little gifts what seem like locally made items as well as trinkets, get things notarized and appointments for various other services like pictures and finger print scanning I believe. If you have a stamp card it makes it worth while as it can get a little pricey with purchasing items like envelopes and boxes on site read more

These people misplaced our large check that was to be sent overnight the same day to pay off a student loan. Now, because we have missed the pay period agreed upon, we will have a huge hassle with the lender. If you care about your sensitive mailings, don't do business with these people! read more

I agree with other reviewers when recommending you get a receipt if dropping off a prepaid package or return here. It's easy to just set your packages on the table and walk away, however, there can be a big risk. I recently dropped off two $100+ prepaid returns at this location and one was lost. It was somehow lost between the table I set it on in their store and the computer they use to scan the label. Postal Annex had record of scanning one in but not the other. When I received word back from the merchant that they never received my second return I went to Postal Annex Tigard/King City to try to identify what happened. They were helpful - until the realization that the loss occurred in their store. At that point, the gentleman helping me (Guessing he is the owner or manager) threw up his hands and abruptly said "There's nothing I can do". Again, this is after we all realized the package 'disappeared' in their store. Based on this I'm using another company for my returns and requesting receipts. read more

I went in to this postal annex to send a letter to Mexico. After 3 in a half weeks it still hasn't arrived. I went back in and they claim they tell everyone at sending USPS ends at the border. When I explained thus was not explained to me the staff member said the same thing again as if I was lying. I explained again that if this were told to me and not guaranteed within 7 business days as originally told to me, I would have went with FedEx or DHL. Staff basically dismissed me saying it was my fault and goodbye. This place has horrible service, I do not recommend using this business even if it's for stamps. read more

I have been very impressed with the customer service at Postal Annex. They have done a wonderful job at meeting my copying and shipping needs over the last several years. They consistently shown me what my options are in terms of timely shipping at the most affordable rates and laying out the available options. I also appreciate their customer service. Most recently I had a copy job that was outside the scope of the services they offer. Rather than simply declining the order, the owner took the time to find a local company who could take the job. I appreciated the referral. I was impressed that during the busy holiday season, they took the time to make sure my needs were met even when that meant referring me to another provider...that's great customer service! Getting charged for someone to tape my box on one end of the box for over $2.50. Yes there's a sign but I guess it's the customer's fault for not seeing it out of the hundreds of signs in the store. Had I known I would've used my own tape that I brought with. Basic customer service is verbally reiterate new policies. Rip offs. Also saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" about the policy just doesn't cut it, very rude in fact. I had a very good experience at the Scholls location but bc of this instance I will not be using postal annex anymore. read more

I called to inquire about printing a one page letter. I was told it was 14 cents, and that I could email it to them or bring it in on a flash drive. I specifically asked the guy I was talking to if there was a price difference, and was told no. I took the flash drive in, and was told it was 50 cents. When I questioned the increase, I was told it was "labor" for accessing the flash drive file. I told this guy about calling first, and he didn't seem to care. I also pointed out that I could've printed for 10 cents at the library, if I had known the true price, and I didn't appreciated being misled. His reply, and I quote, was "whatever". It's really not the 36 cents, obviously, it's being lied to, and then given horrible customer service. I won't be back. read more

I have had a personal mail box at this business for about 8 months. During that time I have also used the shipping, notary and other services they offer. The customer service provided by the owner and the employees has been great. Since I recently moved out of the area for work I have had to set up a PMB near my new home. I will miss the great service, convenience of other services offered and personal attention I received at the Tigard Postal Annex. read more

I have been going to postal annex for many years. I love the staff they work great. I have used them for all my shipping postage and designing and preparing business flyers and materials. I have since moved and continue to drive across town to use their location. I have not found an equal replacement and will continue to use them for many more years. read more
