Service is amazing I believe it was Jazmine who helped me she was so helpful and took her time, made sure I got my triple a discount even though I always forget, it's a fair price to send something to my son overnight I always use them, I have used most of their services, sending packages, laminating important things, they even helped me figure out how and what I needed, if I can suggest something please ask them before just grabbing a package as they are very differently priced and I thought my husband was ripped off come to find out he bought the really expensive shipping box read more

I might start coming here just to hang out. These ladies are awesome! Outstanding service with a smile and totally unjustified and extraordinary patience with my bumbling efforts at a return. I'm returning today to send a package containing a very fragile birthday gift. I am confident it will be packed and handled with care. These people are experts at what they do, and super nice about it! read more

Clean and friendly staff. Although they are quite busy with the city flow of customers the wait time is short. Had to return a package and used the shipping service and this made it super simple. Fast and easy drop off. Pricing is standard across the board. read more

The UPS Store - Front of the UPS store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Lake Oswego, Oregon

Not only were they open while other stores were closed due to snow, but they were able to live-answer the phone to confirm. Got in and out and my package shipped successfully. Happy customer read more

I always get great service here. Depending on the time of day, there could be a substantial wait time. They should consider adding more staff to help during rush hours since FedEx is nearby. Other than that, no complaints at all. Friendly staff and great location. Always clean. read more

I go to this store all the time. They are always very helpful and very courteous. Today I went in and a young girl helped me with sharpies and strapping tape, and gave me a quote on the best pricing possible. I've never had a bad experience here. The parking is really bad but that's not their fault. If you don't have time to stand in line at the post office, and those postal workers are usually rude anyway, I would recommend you go here. They also have USPS pricing now. Highly recommended read more

Customer Representative - Dave On Wednesday, October 9th I went to the above-referenced store because I was told I had a package returned after an attempted delivery. There should not have been any issues with the delivery. I was told that it was taken to an access point, at which I asked if a notice would have been left and I confirmed that one was not. I asked the customer service representative helping me if I could get a refund and use the amount to send the package to another address to ensure delivery. I was informed that was not policy. I told him that was fine, and could I please see the Shipment Details and I could go from there. He was printing pages out and I was waiting. At that time, I received another call from my attorney. I was speaking with him and only him. Dave - took it upon himself to assume I was speaking about him. I was not. I would never. He was helping me. He proceeded to scream at me. "You can't call me an idiot" and threw the printed pages out at me. I told him I was not talking about him at all. And I never said "idiot" during my conversation. I apologized if that was what he thought and he continued to scream at me that he did not care and launched himself at me and told me to get out. I was in such shock and started to get scared. I didn't know what else to say or do. So, I left. The store had other customers, so you can imagine how humiliated I was. This is completely inappropriate. This employee verbally and physically assaulted me. Lastly, the box I received back was crushed, torn and opened. I am still in complete shock. I would never insult a customer service representative. Especially someone who, I thought, was trying to assist me. read more

I had such a great experience with Imani. They were so helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. I'll definitely come to this location moving forward because of the stellar customer service. read more

Totally on the ball professional customer service. Blew the competition away! Went to home depot and they couldn't even run prints for me for an hour because they didn't have an employee in-house who could do it. Three employees two of them putting together a chair, but they couldn't cover me. I walk in UPS store and I've got absolute professional customer service taking care of me like I should be taking care of. These guys rock and they deserve a raise! And no I'm not affiliated with them :-) read more

Five stars for the girl named Imani up at the front! I have never ever had better customer service. She was so helpful, and kind from the minute I got in. I'd drive farther to this location just for her service. read more

Do I have to give a star? 00000000 STARS. $2.75 FOR THEM TO PRINT A UPS SHIPPING LABEL! I feel that is pure greed. Other stores used to do this and finally realized it's not right. It took him less than 30 seconds to print. Mark and Leah are greedy! They have two stores. I understand they are not UPS but are doing biz under the UPS name, to print a ups label and pay that amount is insane. FedEx stores don't charge to print their labels and they ARE NOT FedEx like ups store is not ups. One of many reason FedEx is always better to use. In this case I had no other option. Jeep in mind I go into this store multiple times a week and ship 20 plus packages a week there. Loyalty means nothing. Lee and the assistant manager are easy to work with. The rest have horrible people skills. read more

Kassandra is the most patient notary ever. Awesome service. I rely on this store a lot - great people working here who care about solving your problems and meeting your needs. read more

This is my go to for Amazon returns. First Amazon was an easy scan. Second one wanted the label printed. The gal helping me offered to print after a quick email to the store. Quickly she multitasked as I also needed a document notarized and faxed. Excellent service that saved me a lot of hassle. read more

This place used to be great. They even remodeled recently so I'm not sure what changed but my last experience was awful. The 2 girls who were working that day were both alarmingly rude and dismissive. I asked for help with an issue and got snapped at. I was shocked. At my request they got the owner on the phone and he tried to rectify the problem and I appreciated his help in the end (so one star for that) but both girls behavior the entire time I was in the store was appalling. It's also worth noting that there's an older gentlemen who has helped me here in the past who is awesome. Helps me package things and has even offered to carry boxes to my car. So one star for him too. The girls service and manners (or really lack thereof) was so off putting though that I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Update: The business owner here seems to be misinformed by his not so helpful 'associate' (big shocker there). I have no issue with paying to print labels but I was told by that same associate that it would be like $0.10, which was a lie. There's a $2 minimum the second you swipe your card, plus you are now charged by minute just to use the computer to pull up whatever you need printed, and then $0.65/page to print a black and white label which is grossly over charging. So that's a minimum of $2.65 to print 1 piece of paper. Reasonable? Nope. FedEx on Kruse charges $0.13 -0.16 which is just another reason I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Went in to inquire about document shredding. Gal asked me to fix my mask(it has slipped on my nose) she tells me to not look at her like that. And I said I don't know what your talking about. She said you can leave. I said, virtue mask shaming, this is great. Who are you? She said she was the manager, I said your doing a great job. As I walked out, she yelled that her son has asthma. I yelled back, so do I. Such professionalism, I expect more from a manager. In the past, I have received far better customer service from the employees. read more

I've been working all day needed to get my packages shipped in time for Christmas. It December 14...everyone is open late right? I came in at 6:06pm not realizing they were officially closed as they were helping other people and the door was opened. I was carrying a huge stack of boxes waiting to be next and the kid at the counter says "we can't help you. We're closed." Again, door was open, they were helping others and they could see I was struggling. Unbelievable. I alway review when there is extraordinary customer experience....good and bad. For this UPS... It's clocking in and clocking out that matters at this location. Gotta Love the holiday spirit. read more

While having dinner at Bridgeport, I got a call about a family crisis. I needed to send a fax pronto. A google search turned up this store nearby. Unfortunately the info I found had inaccurate business hours. I arrived and the store was closed but not yet locked. That's when the amazing service began. "What do you need?" "A one page fax" "I can do that since the machine isn't turned off." "may I have a sheet of paper". "Sure." Fax noises.... "What do I owe you?" "This one is on us, the registers have been shut down for the night." AMAZING! Unfortunately for me, this store is not close to my home or it would become my regular store. read more

First review I wrote was in frustration after I found out that some of the contents I shipped had been damaged and missing. After speaking with the owner, they seemed very concerned and are working to get the problem resolved. Solid customer service so far, we will see how everything turns out. The owner worked with us and gave us a reimbursement for our damaged items and a refund for shipping costs. Really nice customer service. UPS might have dropped the ball on the shipping but this local store made up for it. read more

Wow! I just went to drop off some amazon returns and the ladies today went above and beyond any UPS store I have ever been to. They allowed me to email the shipping label and every other UPS store has made me pay to print it out. Wish more UPS locations were so helpful! They made an annoying errand super easy! read more

I received notice my package had arrived by both email and my app. Once there, they told me they didn't have my package. They were unwilling to look at the pile of boxes on the floor and told me I couldn't look. They told me it wasn't their problem and I would need to come back later today. Rude and extremely unprofessional. read more

Always great service and very friendly customer service. Don't have to worry about extras you may have forgotten!

Don't come here to use the computer! First it isn't up and running and it's 2 bucks every 6 minutes. There are plenty of others that aren't a joke and why would I wait for them to boot it up? Wasted my time here. Disappointed! read more

A lot cleaner than the UPS store I had been going to. It's sterile, and boring, but you can get a decent iPhone case for $5 there. I know that sounds strange, but it's true. read more

Rip off. Had eBay win dropped off here for packing and shipping. Charged approximately $235 for packing alone, followed by $220 for Shipping. Outrageous!! Never will use a UPS store again. read more

Walked up as they were locking the door and wouldn't accept a UPS all marked labeled and ready to be shipped. It's unfortunate as this is written while parked in front of their windows watching the employees doing nothing but making eye contact. read more

I had a return package to send back to a large on-line retailer, yet the return process this time didn't allow a "bring to UPS store and they'll print off the label" option, and instead made me print it or email it to myself so I could print it. Staying at a hotel, I didn't have this option and so just showed up at this location. It was about 10 minutes before they closed, the UPS truck driver was parked there and waiting for final packages, and the manager went out of her way to help me with me wanting to get this parcel shipped but not having a label (or even some tape to close back the box). She let me email her store email address with the screenshot of the label, she printed it for me, and taped up my box and got it shipped off that night for no extra charge and with a smile. This type of customer service is rare these days, and made it a great experience for me that I will remember and trust others will have a good experience at this location as well. read more

Strange owners, high turnover, and NEVER an apology from owners when items are lost, misplaced, etc.

LOVE this place. So much easier, and faster to get things mailed than the PO. Staff are very available and accommodating. Cards, mailing supplies available, printing, etc. But mostly, they are just kind and efficient. I use them at least weekly. read more

BEWARE - UPS Store PO Box rip off. The price of my PO Box last year was $228 and $193.80 with a AAA 15% discount. I recently received the cost to renew my box and was surprised to see it was $252. That is a 30.5% price INCREASE, going from $193.82 to $252 or a 10.5% increase without the AAA discount. Ouch. When I asked for the AAA discount, it was not given after the first year. Other providers are approx. $40 cheaper. read more
