They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient, and walked me through everything I needed to do. I really appreciated how simple they made something that felt completely overwhelming to me. Great customer service and such a kind staff read more

I've maintained a mailbox at this location for several years and have always appreciated the convenience and service. After the recent change in ownership, I was asked to provide a piece of mail showing my home address. When I asked for clarification, no clear or legitimate reason was provided. As a result, I chose not to renew my mailbox at the end of my contract. Shortly afterward, I attempted to ship several boxes using a client's UPS account number -- something I have done many times in the past without issue. The new staff refused to process the shipment and again could not provide an explanation. I went to a FedEx location instead, where they shipped the boxes using the client's account number with no hesitation. Finally, a package arrived for me at the store, and I was charged a $3 fee just to pick it up. As a small business owner, I understand how small gestures and consistent customer service can build long-term loyalty. These recent changes created unnecessary friction and ultimately pushed me to take my business elsewhere. read more

I had a Manila envelope with 12 grad announcements, 12 envelopes and stamps. Going to Grants Pass Oregon (from Tigard. Not out of state. Not to another country. Down I 5) They said it would be $ 29 dollars! I said "Nope" I know the lines are sometimes long at the United States Postal locations but I drive 5 minutes to old town Tigard and went to the post office. They charged me $3.56 to ship that envelope! Just sayin'.....worth the wait! Xo read more

Booked a 12pm appointment for notary services, but when I got there (I got there 15 minutes early), I just had to line up with shipping. They didn't check if I had an appointment or not, and only one person working too. He wasn't the nicest as well, but I guess it's pretty convenient cause it's pretty close to work. Price wise, it's all the same, notary services cost $10 everywhere. read more

is horrible customer I have witnessed other people getting chastised down to talked over. I was glad that the Asian gentleman that works there was not working today because he's even more rude after I was told that they wouldn't ship my item in the I was told by where she had said Amazon doesn't pay us when I wasn't even an Amazon customer. I was an Xfinity customer even have to have a box then they wanted to charge me for tape then they wanted to charge me to print the label even though the labels email and they were trying to tell me how they didn't send it to them when I could send it to them. Xfinity told me we're not supposed to be charged anything the store manager came out from very nice and apologize and asked me what store the store is horrible. It's been a long time that the store. I'm giving it one star should be a half a star every time I've gone in there. I've been nothing but polite or not even only to be chastise or rushed or told whatever when they're not even busy half the time I get it when you're busy you need to learn how to a customer says good morning to you say good morning is the worst store in the was stuck with it. I'm never foot in their postal annex and city is 10 times better than this place maybe 20 times we stored read more

I usually use the UPS Store near Lake Oswego, no charges. These guys in Tigard just charged me $2.25 to tape two boxes! Avoid this Tigard store. read more

Absolutely worthless. Dropped off two USPS packages, photographed the drop off. USPS added one to tracking, the other has disappeared. Because it was USPS, even though they ACCEPTED the drop off, they told me basically "not their problem". Did nothing to help, offered no suggestions. Here's a tip: Don't accept USPS packages if you won't do anything to support it. I will never go back here. read more

"We don't know how to do business cards," even their website says they do print them. I went in to the store to order business cards. They said they could do it but to email in the order which I did on Tuesday. I didn't hear from them, so Friday I went in to the store and was told they did not know how to do business cards. I'd already paid for the job, but they said I had to call UPS for a refund. I'm mystified why the store didn't tell me in the beginning or when they received the order on Tuesday that they did not how how to do business cards. read more

The store practices social distancing. Floor markers were in place. The two employees working were wearing masks. They also had partitions to keep the employee and the customer safe while handling their transaction. Came in to ship a package. The employee I dealt with was very knowledgeable and gave me options to save money. I went ahead and opted for a two day guaranteed delivery, and he was very accommodating. Will definitely be back when the need arises. read more

The man who works here is a jerk. Not helpful at all. Don't return your Amazon packages here.

The guy who works there on 6/15/24 at 3PM was so rude and not helpful to customer at all. I don't recommend this location! He's should work somewhere else or different position but definitely not customer service. Horrible! read more

Greeted by a young guy with long hair, immediately I smelt the aroma of marijuana which ok, it's legal, but when I asked him to scan the barcode on my phone he refused and said I needed a label when it says on Amazon that I only need to show my phone for him to scan the barcode, he refused again and said they don't pay him enough to help me return the items so he could print the label. I said so because you didn't go to college and decided to be a stoned out loser who makes minimum wage, that's somehow my fault and doesn't require you to do your job. He said... Pretty Much. read more

Beware ! I went to the store today to ship a package to Texas. The package weighed just over 3 lbs and was smaller than a shoebox. They tried to tell me the shipping was $85 by USPS ground standard delivery. They also told me the price was the same if I took it to the post office directly. Baloney ! They also could not get my last name right on the order, even though I spelled it 6 times. I told them forget it and took the package to the post office in downtown Tigard. It was $16.25. Not sure what happened to this store but avoid it ! They are ripping people off big time. read more

I don't know why everyone has such a hard time with the UPS store. We all know it's expensive but they do more than shipping. (Like the annoying commercials will tell you) But I am quite happy with the polite and professional employees and easy Amazon return. No complaints here! read more

Disappointed in the degradation of this store - which once was very nice. They see an older woman struggling to carry in a rolled up carpet and they run into the back to avoid offering to help me. Then it needed tape to keep the plastic wrap on and they said that if I wanted it shipped I would need to buy a roll of tape. Amazon would have picked it up for $6 and I thought I would save money taking it there - I was so wrong! Lesson learned. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

I have used this location for a couple of years and I've always had good service. Sometimes they get busy but even then I haven't had to wait for more than 5 - 10 minutes. The majority of the time I'm in an out in less than 2 minutes. read more

I go here often to ship or drop off return s. The people are very kind and helpful. They are great communicators and give their all to all they do and to their customers. I would recommend this store to anyone. read more

I love using the UPS store in Tigard. They are always helpful, pleasant and do an excellent job packing things up.

Ladies- So I had to do quite a few Amazon returns because they all have their own return code even though it was one return. The girls who know, know. So all of these items were intimate- bras, panties, Shapeware.... Definitely not items that you want to have a stranger sort through and a busy UPS. I packed all of these items even though some of the codes said I didn't need a box... this has never been a problem at any other UPS, Whole Foods or any other Amazon return situation. The man helping me at this UPS gets visibly frustrated that my items are packed. And start ripping things out of their packages.... When I tell you that as an introvert and a people please there I want to die... I'm not even being dramatic. I was mortified that he is throwing these things all over the place. I was mortified that he was taking things out of the box after I specifically covered them to make sure that no one saw it was inside of the boxes. And I was horrified at his attitude. Most the time UPS employees are actually grateful that I blocked them up because it's less work for them. You just slap on the label and put it in the pile. I will never be back to the UPS, for Amazon returns or any other service. So just be aware that they may ask you and make you feel really bad for something that you didn't even know was a problem!! Stay away. Go to the one in Scholls ferry by target instead. They rock. read more

They don't answer their phone or return messages. They just ignore you.

Last week, I went to the UPS Store to send a package of documents via Next Day Air Saver. I delivered my package to the UPS Store at 1 pm on a Monday and was assured it would go out that day. I paid over 60 dollars for this service, and was assured the package would be delivered the next day (Tuesday). The package did not arrive on Tuesday, and when contacting UPS, they stated that we dropped it off after 7 pm, even though I have the email confirmation from them showing the package was received at 1:03 pm. UPS says it's not their problem. This UPS Store demands I return with my receipt to get a refund. Even though they are able to pull up my shipment history by my phone number, they need my physical receipt to refund me the money? This sounds like a great way to inconvenience the customer and avoid following thru on their "guarantees". This is the second time this has happened to me at a UPS Store. They never follow through, and I'm through with them. read more

I've been using the services of Dalton and his team, on Pacific Highway in Tigard for 3 years now. Always friendly and we've used 'pack and ship' many times, never an issue. Of course delivery is up to UPS itself (and we've never had issues there either). But the service at the store is great! Now, they have a 3D Printer you can use, so our family wants to experiment with that. We think it's a great way to try it out without buying our own 3D Printer. read more

I wish I could give this dump a -100 the customer service here is an absolute joke. The "manager" looks homeless and unkempt and has absolutely NO customer service skills!! I have had to come to this armpit twice for my packages and dealt with this asshole twice, both times he has been a complete prick, almost laughs in your face and won't answer any questions or even attempt to assist with tracking or package location concerns. Both times I have been literally scoffed at by this probable high school drop out who doesn't have any courtesy or from what I have seen, any skills at all. "Call corporate if you have a problem lady." I hope this jerk off gets the boot for his rudeness to customers, will go FedEx all the way from now on. read more

Great service; they offer options. Dependable delivery.

We sent two packages out of this UPS store. After 2 weeks the recipient had still not received the packages, so we called UPS customer service and according to them our packages had an arrival scan for this store from the day we dropped them off but did not make it to the Tualatin hub for 7 more days. The customer service rep informed me that this store must have misplaced my packages causing the delay. I called and spoke to an employee who was adamant that they sent them same day, or worse case 2 days later. Im not sure who to believe here, but I got zero empathy from the store employee who just argued that it was impossible that they could be at fault. Either way I am not using this location ever again. I will just go to the UPS hub in Tualatin. read more

This store sucks balls. The associates have not been trained on the very basics of packing and shipping. They mumble, do not wear the required UPS store uniform, and have no clue about customer service. The retail shelves are so bare, it's almost embarrassing. I used to work at this store so I know what is expected of an associate and I know how to do things properly(I worked there about 4 years). The associates working there now have no fucking clue. Until this store gets their act together, I would not recommend visiting them. read more
