Having said that, I had a remarkable experience with a PostalAnnex employee by the name of Jessica. We had a series of documents notarized and copied before sending them to an out-of-state business via Federal Express. The FedEx label was generated for us by the out-of-state business. The delivery of these time-sensitive documents was significantly delayed, and we had no idea how to track the package. Jessica took the time to sleuth through PostalAnnex records to help locate the tracking number and thus identify the snag. She went above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to Jennifer!

I called for assistance or to file a complaint and they gave me the local number to this post office - told me to ask for the delivery supervisor and report it directly to them and request an urgent delivery. I called, repeatedly- the phone just rings and rings and then gets disconnected. Par for the course with this place. Zero integrity or customer service. The USPS should shut this one down and fire them all, I've seen zero redeeming moments about it. I'll continue to utilize other post offices as much as possible. What I appreciated however is that the woman helping me sold me every postcard stamp they had and recommended two other locations for finding the remaining stamps I needed. Once when I wanted a certain type of stamp, they sold me their last one that was in the display case instead of saying "we don't have that". I thought that was cool of them to do. I wish they were open longer and had a 24/7 postage kiosk but overall this is a good post office.
