I have been there at least 20 times now for various services. I liked it so much that I rented a box. The staff has been very good to me and never have I witnessed any customers in distress. The opposite is true. I don't know what to make of the negative reviews but they have been truly wonderful and accommodating to me. They call me if I have a package to pick up. I don't think they could be any better. BTW, their notary sign does not have the capacity to flash. It is lit up and never blinks. Maybe the reviewers are confused which Postal Annex is which. It would be sad if this Postal Annex was receiving bad reviews that were meant for another PA. Go in and check them out for yourself then you can judge whether these negative reviews are warranted. Tell you what go up the street a few blocks and go to the postal annex in the Albertsons parking lot, there you will recieve friendly fast service not people watching tv and playing games on their cell phones. read more

Went to this business to have LiveScan fingerprinting done for a permit I was obtaining. The lady was rude and very unhelpful. She proceeded to tell me she only did the fingerprint scans "by appointment only". The whole process only takes 10-15 minutes and there were no other customers in the store at the time. I asked her when her next appointment was, and she said it was on Saturday (this was only Monday). She told me the only other place she knew of to get the scan done was the Temecula Police station. However, I found another Postal Annex Store (down the street from my house) that was more than happy to accommodate me the same day as a walk in customer. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. I wouldn't go to this location again! read more

Their prices are outrageous, and their service is unconscionable. I went here because U-Haul claims they are a "Neighborhood Dealer", but when I arrived I immediately noticed the huge mark-up on every single item. Mover's Wrap, which is listed at $6 on U-Haul's website, sells for $26 here; Mattress Protector Bags, which should be $4, are $7. If you ask them about the obscene prices, they get rude and tell you that they're a place of convenience, and you have to pay for that convenience. I can think of a lot of other, more convenient places, and you can be sure I will be going there from now on. read more

Like everyone else has said, their customer service SUCKS! The woman who works there was actually nice to me the few times I've been in, but the was completely rude. No positive atmosphere in there. And he always acts like your bothering him. I recommend the mini Post Office in the Kilarney's parking lot, or another Postal Annex. Even though my work is almost in the same parking lot as this place, I would rather drive somewhere else. read more

The couple who own this Postal Annex are delightful folks. They have gone out of the way on more than a few occasions to help me with my International packages and notarization of documents. They are polite, responsive, detail oriented and kind folks. Ms Hajnalka even helped me select a card for my friend who recently lost her mother. Thank goodness for a lovely family who care about their customers and stay in until the problem is taken care of...I would not hesitate to recommend them highly! read more

Do not go there for Live Scan. The lady is never there even when she has scheduled you for an appt. Very unprofessional and rude. Had two appointments with her and showed up and she was out sick on two different weeks. Almost impossible to get results from this place for Live Scan..... read more

Helpful staff but boxes are pricey as well as some of the other services such as notary.

I show up here nearly every Friday. Out of a desire to have a receipt in my hand (old school) I pay my utility bills here. On occasion I purchase a counter item. the customer service provided to me is perfection. The folks here get you in, address your needs, and meet them. We frequently have interesting conversations while conducting business, and this causes me to feel welcome and invited. Additionally, I watch the interaction they have with others while I am in the store. Sometimes I feel it is though these others are being welcomed into a home. They provide a wide range of products and services, all at prices that are fair and reasonable. This is actually my very first review. I signed up for Yelp just so i could write this. It is deserved. i give these idiots 6 months more of business. the first time i was there, they had just bought their franchise and were being trained by the previous owner. i think they tried to get the cost of purchasing their business out of me from all the extra packing and unnecessary popcorn they crammed into my one shipment. their attitude for service is atrocious. there's a lame brain dad, a mouthy kardashian-wannabe woman, and their two worthless children as far as i can tell. if they aren't ignoring you, they are just too busy criticizing random things their customers are up to that is none of their business, or theyre playing games on their phones. i just wanted to ship a few things, people, not mortgage my house to the max while enduring each of your irritating personalities.... read more

Under new ownership. Do not get your PO Box here....or do anything here for that matter. I almost lost $200+ because my package was never scanned into the UPS system. I went to the store to find out what had happened and was told by the young male counter clerk that he'd have the owner call me because he didn't know how to use the computer. Owner never called. During a separate incident, I attempted to have some documents shredded. A different gentleman took my items and told me they'd be taken offsite to a third party for shredding as he put the items into a trash bag. That's definitely not secure and the whole point of shredding is to prevent the transmission of sensitive information. At that point I asked for the items back and took them to a secure shredding business instead. I cancelled my PO box today and the new owner didn't care to try and save my business. New ownership doesn't seem to be helping this place out. I'm going to give my business to the center down the street after getting great recommendations from friends and neighbors. read more

Been to this location about four times now because it's very close to my house. Worst customer service ever! They could care less if you're a happy, satisfied customer or not! Every time I've had to wait a long time to be helped while the husband sat on his a** and ate chips. I will not go back. read more

For some business reasons i had opened a mailbox at this location a few months ago. The service here is great and all of the girls working there are always very helpful and friendly. I can always trust that my packages will be safe and taken care of properly. this week I had an important package coming in and i had requested the girls to call me when it arrived and they notified me immediately today.
