The owners are more serious in their personality than I am, but that is ok. When you take the time to get to know them it is worth it. When I broke my ankle, they offered their younger employees to help out and carry my packages to my car. They have GREAT customer service and really care. They had me scan a QR code that led me straight to my inbox on my iPhone, where I was able to add an attachment to print the return label that got sent to me. They printed it out and then had me choose a bag to send my return item. Super quick, easy, and only cost me around $3. They do charge an extra 50 cents to use card. I recommend bringing cash!
