10/10 Do not recommend. I chose this location to pick up my Nespresso coffee order. I guess it's considered an Access Point. Anywho, the purpose of picking up is so that I do not have to pay shipping because my order did not meet the minimum To ship to my house. Well, I have used UPS so many times to reorder coffee or I go in person to the Galleria. The Owner, looked up my package and then proceeded to tell me that it would be $5 to pick it up. This has never happened at any other UPS pickup. I told him no, I asked why am I paying you just to pick up my package. I proceeded to leave out, he then asked if I was new and then showed me the attached sign that I have provided below. Let's put on our thinking caps....why would I pay a fee to you when Nespresso has not charged me. I would have paid Nespresso to ship to my house for convenience. Don't come here. If you have a ups return they won't treat you well. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. Make sure you ask for a receipt, they won't offer one. They'll tell you to throw your package in a box out in front of the counter, I should have taken my package back but I took pictures to prove I had brought my package there. read more

Beware of Scam: UPS driver did not ring my doorbell and left notice that my package had to be picked up for signature. I go to the store and am told it is a $5.00 fee to pick up the package. I paid it because I did not want to waste my time arguing, but I am reporting this so no one else must run into this. Get a receipt if this happens to you, showing the payment for pickup. read more

I can't believe I found this gem for FedEx drop off. It in the same strip mall with Kroger. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Needed some help with the package due to his age. Not a problem. The store is clean and well lit. Plenty of parking in the front. I will be back. read more

May as well keep fighting because what if I'm wrong. The owner is really nice, and they offer good services and decent prices, and I guess my main drawback here is that some of the other reviews are scary. I personally have had nothing but good experiences in here like some of the others, but some of the shadier reviews are definitely worrying. I wanted to do a shout out to Tony and Jorge for their excellent craftsmanship used in fixing my model 11 iPhone. I'm very hard on cell phones. This time I had inadvertently placed the phone on the top of my car to and then forgot about it. Well... You guessed it. The old cover was inadequate, so it cracked the screen, and practically demolished all of the gizmos in the back. I thought I had to spend a big bucks to buy a brand new phone. Tony and Jorge came to the rescue. Not only did they fix it but they did it same day and for your very reasonable price. As if that were not enough, they also made me a great deal on a new reinforced Case. The Apple Store certainly does a good job if you're willing to wait, sometimes for a very long time. I don't need to ship a lot of things but lately with post office returns I need a place to go that's closer than our local post office. This place is so quick and easy you just run in and drop the packages in the post office labeled boxes and you're off. I so appreciate this is a service they offer, and feel safe with my packages, letters or whatever are not gonna get stolen out of the mailbox! read more

Incredibly rude. I had a return package that was taped up and already had a FedEx label. The older man (maybe owner?) told me to take a picture of my package because he did not want to retype what was on his computer. I told him I was uncomfortable doing that because if my package was lost, a picture of my package was not proof that I had sent it. He told me I could go somewhere else. I did. The owner's picture should appear under extraordinary customer service if there were an entry for it in the dictionary. He exemplifies kindness, patience, and effectiveness in all he does. Even when things are busy, he never loses his cool. To send a package, I usually have to fill out a form with my information as well as the shipping address. The owner then uses it to see which package provider sends the parcel for less dinero. From perishable foods to cellphones, to laptops everything has been packaged properly, arriving safely to and from its destination. They do the wrapping for free. When the lines at the post office, have me dreading the wait time, I head for Postal-N-More. read more

I purchased a Groupon for the cell phone repair an iPhone7 for $42.00. The Groupon indicated glass only...I assumed it meant if LCD etc that it would not be covered under the promo. I called to confirm the Groupon special. Once I arrived I was told another price of $69.00 ...which is also contrary to their website price. When I brought this to the attention of the gentleman, he indicated that he could honor the Groupon special...HOWEVER...it would be an additional $20.00 for the frame. I advised him that the Groupon did not mention replacement of a frame. When I mentioned the Groupon special again and the fact that I would also post a review of my experience, the gentleman did not appear concerned. I have never had this type of experience, especially when producing the details to the Groupon for the gentleman to review. Note to self (and to others)...sometimes if it appears to be too true...it probably is. Ask DETAILED questions and inquire about additional fees. If advertising via Groupon and other social outlets, one would assume that a business is interested in growing their customer base. It does not appear that is the position of this company. I sent a $300 package over night with $1,000 worth of breast milk. They asked me to pay for dry ice, and extra charges to ensure it got there on time, priority, 10:30am delivery. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered on time. All of my breast milk spoiled. I have been calling for two weeks to ask for a refund. The owner refuses to call me back. FedEx let me know they did not charge Postal N More and I should receive a refund from them once they put in a claim. Post N More has yet to put in a claim. Take my advice and use the post office or somewhere else. These people are crooks and don't have the decency to at least give me a call back. read more

This was my one stop shop when I was moving and needed boxes and packages mailed. Much better then the UPS store and FEDEX store. The owner was very friendly and helped out with my boxes needs. They even have a tape roller that helps making boxes I no time. They were able to give me the best price option and had a lot of options to chose from. I don't really get some of the bad reviews this place has gotten. It's right in my neighbor so I use them all the time. Yes, it's more expensive than the post office but there are no long lines. The man that owns it is very very nice. If he's not there, either his son or other employee will be and the customer service is great. read more

My family and I went on there to make some copies!! Mistake! Mistake! Did I mention Mistake? It was about lunch time and the copying machines were off. I made several copies, I then had a brochure - which was a little over letter size. I tried to reduce it, and it wasn't reading the entire image. I then started checking paper try's, I needed a legal size paper. That's when the owner stepped in... "Ma'am, I can't let you do that, Please don't touch! He kept cutting the image off and at first I tried to help him - he got event more annoyed. He finally ends up giving me an 11 by 17 (that's the huge paper), and told me to cut it. I couldn't wait to see how much he charged me... He said it was free (pretty obvious he just wanted me to leave). Again we are talking about a SELF-SERVE copy machine! As soon as we walked in, we were watched and then treated rudely. I guess his business is doing so well, that he can treat customers like crap. If he just would have listened to what I was saying, he never let me get my sentence out - he kept interrupting me. Wait for it....... I was trying to tell him, I was very familiar with that copying machine! How familiar you ask? I got paid to teach people how to use it, I was a trainer! ***Sad when I think about it, I could have saved him all that paper and frustration! :( read more

I will not use this mail room again. Twice in a row, the service is quite slow. I discovered last time that it requires a log-in to 2 different computers to compare the prices for UPS and Priority Mail. The person helping me became annoyed when I refused to leave before I saw the label for my package. I wanted to see it because in the past I have caught inaccuracies on the label. He then proceeded to help a non-paying customer to unload a package from her car before printing my label. Now the package that I attempted to send to the Dallas area via Priority Mail is lost in the system for over a week. Never again!! read more

Postal-N-More Marks up their shipping prices a ridiculous amount. The owner and his son have been rude to me on multiple occasions, especially when dropping off pre-labeled packages. This last time making I was made fun of because I asked if there was a cheaper way for them to ship my package as opposed to the $9.00 they charged me to ship one very small, very light shirt. I was informed why am I trying to save money and I should just spend it on them. This only reinforced my nagging suspicion that they gauge prices. The package was $6 to ship elsewhere. The man at the front desk was pushing me to use the Post Office instead of them! In today's depresssed business environment I thought businesses are fighting tooth and nail to retain and get new customers.
