I haven't done anything else or had anyone else work on me but what I've had done has been very good. FYI the dip manicure doesn't involve anything other than removing and putting on color. A hidden gem for sure! I stopped in on a Tuesday and was accommodated right away. The nail salon is incredibly clean with modern accents and new chairs and pedicure chairs and the space is so open and relaxed. This is one of the BEST manicures I've gotten in the area. I got a dip manicure and it came out perfectly. The only negative is they don't carry OPI dip colors, which I found odd since they're so popular and the technician ended the manicure with a drop of oil on my cuticles instead of massaging my hands with lotion, which I also found odd. They only accept cash tips, which I think isn't great for COVID. I would encourage their technicians to get Venmo for a safer contactless gratuity method. Overall, I was very happy with the experience, I felt very safe as they were following all COVID protocols for a spa and the technician did a wonderful job and made my nails exactly as I asked. I have been to this spa before, And they did an excellent job. Keep in mind, this was about a year ago today, so I thought they would do a good job like they did last year. My first trouble was when I first walked in, when they told me that my appointment had actually been scheduled for 15 minutes prior to when me and my 9 year old sister came. However, this would not make any sense, since we live 30 minutes away from the spa. I had brushed this off because it had probably just gotten lost in communication. But when they started on our nails, they kept us in separate rooms the entire time. As previously stated, my younger sister is 9 years old so she can't be alone. Again, I didn't take this as big deal because I could easily fix this by telling my sister to come into the next room with me. The whole time we were there, it felt very rushed and like they wanted us to get out of there as soon as possible. It wasn't until we got in the car to leave afterwards, that my sister seemed upset about her nails. I asked her what was the matter, and she explained how she felt the nail lady barely let her talk, and rushed her to pick a color that she didn't even actually like. My sister even started crying out of frustration because of this. I felt awful since I was not near her to stick up for her, and we are now at Walgreens buying new nail polish to paint over her nails. Overall, the nails were not bad at all, but the customer service and dealing with smaller children was not okay. read more

I went to posh to kill some time. I had gotten my nails done in Oneonta where they had done a subpar job. The women who was working on my nails took her time and her best efforts to correct every mistake that was done by the other place. She even straighten out the crooked nails and perfected the shape of all of them. The color is gorgeous and the price was very reasonable for the work that was done. I live 3.5 hours away but will most defiantly make that trip again!! Soooo worth it!!! Very nice, very clean, and very personable. Highly recommend this establishment! read more

Hidden gem in a strip mall. Had a walk-in gel manicure and classic pedicure. Clean and very comfortable. Modern design done professionally. The staff was nice and the receptionist/owner was clear and kind in explaining color choices and that the water for the pedicure would be ready when I was done picking my color. Large place with lots of stations out front for manicures. Separate back area for pedicures. Pedicure chairs were new/modern. Massage chairs with USB ports was a delightful observation. WiFi signal was strong so could use your device without encumbrance. There were two princess pedicure chairs for pedicure young ones and truly fit for a little princess. Prices were normal. For the services prices were spot on. Nail techs were professional and focused on precision and detail. Great experience and I felt relaxed and pampered along with my nails looking great! Tried this place mainly for dip manicure. Which was great. No complaints about that. My pedicure tho .... Horrible !!!! My cuticles are uneven and jagged. The sides of my toe nails don't even look like there's color on them. Just looks really sloppy. Also I had to mention more than a few times to cut the sides of the toenails bc they tend to grown into my toe. When pushing back my cuticles there was hardly any pressure so how was the cuticle coming up for it to be trimmed ? It took way longer than 30 minutes for a basic pedicure which was advertised. I did get gel so usually a little bit longer. But not this long. And not to mention the price !!! $49. Ridiculous. And they didn't share this information with me until it was time to pay. $15 extra bc it's gel?? I had really high hopes to start the appointment. Wish I just stopped with the dip. Waste of money and not even worth the cost. I'll be going back to my usual place to have them fix my toes within the next couple days. Smh read more

This place was very clean which is really the most important part of a pedicure or manicure. I had a terrible pedicure a few years ago that left me with an infection and ingrown toenails. I haven't had once since till I friend mentioned this place and I figured I'd try it out. My friend is a germ-a-phob so I trust her to pick a good spot. The place is clean, spacious and very nice. The backroom for pedicures is a nice touch as well. It was a bit pricer than other spots but for cleanliness I'll pay. We both had the lavender spa pedicure and I smell great! Beautiful salon- new and clean. Pedi's done in back and chairs are massage chairs with usb outlet which is a bonus!! I had Tony - very very nice but lacked experience. I got a gel pedicure and it took 1.5 hrs ., basic pedicure and I'm not sure why... wasn't extra massaging or soaking .. just very slow. The finished product t is ok not great. I came to Posh nails after a friend recommended it to me for an full set of acrylics with a French manicure. The appointment took almost 2 hours, and my friend who got a more intricate design was finished long before me. It seemed that we were being rushed out at the end because when I arrived home, my nails were sticky. My nail tech had neglected to put a gel top coat on my nails, which I paid upwards of $50 for. I couldn't leave them sticky so I ended up putting a top coat on myself so they woudn't get completely ruined. You would think that if you are paying premium price that your manicure will at least be finished. Additionally, a friend who got a similar manicure told me that she was charged almost $10 less for the same thing. The nails look decently good, but I am pretty disappointed and won't be coming back. read more

This is one of the nicest nail salons I've ever been in! They did a great job creating a beautiful space. The front room is for manicures and pedicures are in the back. I brought my 7 year old daughter for pedicures today. They even have two kids massage chairs in the pedicure room that were perfect for her. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating, as we brought my 3 month old who napped in her infant carrier for most of our visit. A little pricy ($32 for my basic pedicure and $22 for my daughter) but well worth it. will definitely be coming back! read more

This is my go to for my nail salon. They always do the best job! This is a family owned business, they take great pride in their work. My pink and white almost always lasts three weeks. I actually look forward to nail appointments! They have really gone above and beyond during this pandemic. They clean the chair as you arrive. They offer hand sanitizer when you walk in. I've been coming here for a couple of years and honestly this is the first time I felt annoyed as I left. I called and made an appointment like always for a pedicure and gel manicure. When I got there from the moment I walked in I felt rushed. Instead of doing pedicure first then manicure, two different people started working on my nails at the same time. I usually like to feel relaxed and enjoy a massage on the chair during my pedicure but couldn't do that because the guy working on my hand then couldn't do his job as my hands would shake. People come for pedicure/manicure to feel relaxed not be rushed and annoyed. This bothered me even more one because I made an appointment and two because while I was there not a single other customer came and besides the two helping me others were just sitting there. I would understand being rushed if I was a walk-in or they had accidentally over booked but this was completely unnecessary. Only reason I'm willing to give 3star instead of one star is because the lady who did the pedicure was super nice and did a decent job despite rushing. My manicure was not up to standard!! read more

While the interior is beautiful and appears clean, I received a gel manicure which lasted only 2 weeks. The person who removed my polish at the end of the 2 weeks destroyed my nails by scraping and etching into them with a metal tool; they have been cracked, splitting and breaking ever since, and it will probably take a good 4 weeks before they grow out and have a normal appearance.
