I went to try a new place and the lady I was in a rush to get my money and get me out didn't soak my old set just ripped them off me and then when I showed her what I wanted she said she could do it, she could not the shape was wrong the nails came thick and crooked! I got stuck with pink unicorn nails and for the price not worth it! While the place was clean and she tried to work with me to try and fix it I will not be returning or recommending this salon to others. read more

Don't let the nice interior fool you! Worst manicure ever. When I asked for her to clean up the polish around my nails she ignored me. She cut me multiple times and laughed when I pulled away from her. All of my nails are different lengths and shapes. She was in a rush the whole time and it was clear she didn't care how my nails turned out. Don't waste your time or $ coming here. read more

They're the worst! The girl Lynn did my nails and toes and they both have funky shapes that are clearly not matching one another. Also, she did what was easiest for her and what she thought looked nicer, not what I the customer, wanted. Never going back a waste of $100. Shouldn't have even tipped her. read more

I mean talk about a "basic manicure". She soaked my fingers in water for 1 minute then took off only about 1/2 of my cuticles- did not even soften them before ripping them off- my fingers actually hurt now... I'm pretty sure she was not even looking at my nails half the time. She applied lotion at the end and that is the only sort of "spa experience" I got. My hands are actually drier than when I went in. The final product does not look bad, however for $32 I would expect what every other salon gives you in the area with a little more finesse. read more

Wow!! Beautiful new nail salon!!! I was a walk in last night for a pedicure. The place is so nice . The girl that took care of me was excellent!! (Jen) took her time and worked hard on my ugly hoofs!! Lol. Most times I get a pedicure, they never take the time unless you book the deluxe one. This was $35 for a basic pedicure but it felt like a deluxe!! I have found my new nail place !!! read more

Came here after a friend recommended it with my mom and sister and we all loved it and our nails look really good! We felt super safe here as well - very clean + lots of sanitation, masks required, and temperature checks at the door. We will definitely be back soon! read more

The best part about this new place is the space. Very spacious with tasteful, modern decor and furniture. Nice product selection. Friendly workers. Free beverages. The massage I had with my pedicure was definitely lacking in quality and length, despite it being the 2nd tier option. A shoulder massage like the other nice place in town would make this my go-to place. read more

Disappointing customer service. I made an appointment ahead of time, arrived on time, and was told to pick out a color. I chose my color and waited. None of the employees looked at me or acknowledged that I was waiting. After almost 15 minutes past my appointment time, I asked how long it might be. The woman informed me that she knew I had made an appointment but it wasn't quite 15 minutes past my scheduled time. I wasn't sure what that meant. She then told me my manicurist would be done soon. I looked over and could tell it was still going to be awhile. Honestly, had any of these ladies been the least bit welcoming and friendly, maybe taking the time to tell me they were running late, I would have waited. However, I was completely ignored. So, knowing that this is not a place I would likely be returning to, I left. Luckily, I went down the street and found another nail salon that was friendly. read more

excellent excellent customer service. staff are friendly. as soon as i walk in was greeted with kindness by the receptionist. big spacious shop. they had excellent promotion of complimentary upgrade and gel as a grand opening till end of march. they also offer refreshments that you can enjoy while relaxing and getting your manicure and pedicure.they also uses organic product for the pedicure which was excellent because they made my skin so soft and smootthh. would recommend! read more
