You can tell that Moon really cares about the quality of her artwork. Almost every time I have gotten my nails done somewhere else, I would somehow get nicked a bit. Moon didn't hurt me once. I also appreciate that they will fix them no charge if they break. I did break a little bit of the tip off my middle finger on my right hand, but I was doing quite a bit with my hands before the wedding. First mani was okay, but the light shade I selected, in combination with the dip nearly all drilled off made my nails look like they were unfinished and needed a bit more depth for color. Second mani was not as good as first. Dip is so thin, it is wearing off after a week (see photo). Top coat has bubble lumps as well. I asked for 'Squoval' shape, but my nails were shaped very round. Process is a dip into the clear, then 2 dips in to color, followed by drilling off nearly all the color down to the clear. Then a top coat. I am used to 2 dips of clear on top of color so when drilling and shaping - the color is not being reduced to nearly nothing. I wish the owners well - I think with some small improvements they will thrive as they seem to be right now.
