I GOT THE WORST NAIL POLISH PRACTICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. !!!!…read moremore than this, the service was not satisfying and rude :( I never write bad reviews about business, because I like to talk to them so they can make better . But this time I have to write, because even I told them I was not happy with what I got, they did not seem caring I have been to this place a few times before . I did not get the best service but it was okay. But today I was so disappointed! I asked for regular nail polish and toes color change (regular polish) but the person did a terrible job unfortunately, and I asked to the supervisor if anyone else can redo it because I did not like it , it was too thick and with all brush storks , and she left so much gaps around my nailbed.

The atmosphere is so peaceful, luxurious, clean, and incredibly chic while still feeling warm and welcoming. As a postpartum mom, I've been battling hormonal acne and congestion, and Julianna gave me such an amazing experience from start to finish with my first Hydrafacial. She was incredibly kind, sensitive, compassionate, encouraging, and positive. She truly listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, boosted my confidence, and understood my needs throughout the entire appointment. Julianna is hands down one of the best estheticians I've ever experienced, with such a warm and amazing personality. I'm a singer/artist constantly under stage lights, cameras, heavy makeup, and performing, and this gave me such a huge boost of confidence going into a full weekend of performances. I genuinely have not felt my skin feel this calm, smooth, and uncongested in YEARS. I highly recommend Skin & Body Spa and especially Julianna. I genuinely cannot wait to go back next month.
