Cici is the best nail technician. My daughter refuses to go to anyone else buy Cici . The salon is always clean and inviting.

I always have really positive experiences at Dalla Spa. The salon is clean and relaxing, and the polishes, dips, and equipment they use are all very high quality. The nail techs are extremely detail-oriented and produce exceptional results. I went here for my wedding mani-pedi because I didn't want to trust just anyone with my nails. They're fantastic and I won't go anywhere else. read more

I have been going to this nails salon since it opened. The service is excellent and the staff is top notch. The salon was updated a few years ago and is pretty inside. I am currently going to CeCe and she is always prompt and fast with my services. I had a fill with Gel yesterday and a pedicure today. Both were perfect! Thank you CeCe! She is a nice person to chat with and very helpful. I would recommend CeCe. read more

NOTHING WAS STERILIZED. Went in the other day for an acrylic with gel. The lady I had hurt my cuticles while cleaning them up. She used the clipper twice, and hurt them both times she used it. My thumb started bleating. Then she went in with the electric bit that removes the gel but used it on my cuticle and it hurt and burned a lot and when I told her that she told me it was cause I had "so much skin". My cuticles are now all over the place and there is glue for the acrylic on my skin that I can't get off. When she was done painting them and used the nail file to shape them one last time, she rubbed the file more on my skin then actual nail and it feels like a rug burn. Also an additional $15 for chrome is crazy. read more

Dalla Nails & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Westford, Massachusetts

They turn customers away before the listed closing time. If the listed time on your door says 7pm and a client is there before 7 pm it is extremely inappropriate to turn them away. I arrived at 530p and was turned away by employees wearing jackets, obviously they were ready to go. read more

This is definitely my favourite nail salon ever and after my first time here I knew this is it if I could give more than 5 start review I would. Highly recommend it read more

The new under management is beyond wonderful , It's very modern and clean. They just change the new pedicure chair recently too. Everyone CARE & take the time to make sure you're getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. read more

So glad i found this place. They are all so really nice and they take their time on you. You don't feel rushed at all. My go to is May. What a sweetheart!!! read more

i would genuinely give this place no stars if i could. consistently whenever i've gone there or i see a friend go there they mess up everything. whether it's cutting you to the point you bleed and their acrylics especially do not last more then a week. I'll give them that they'll fix it for free but they rush and it's still a hassle to go back in. If you want good nails go to Kara nail and spa on groton rd. read more

The hours on the door were changed from 10am to 11am with a piece of tape. Pulled up at 11:40 and the lights were off and the door locked. Car idling in front never made eye contact, and I was slow. The butterflies behind your ear, towards the back of your neck gave you away...as I've seen you there before. I had hoped for a little more professionalism than [ghosting/not acknowledging] my presence and what I was looking for...nevah again read more

Fantastic place, went in today and took my daughter for an acrylic fill as a new client. What a beautiful and clean salon, everyone is so friendly, and Timmy did such a stunning job on my daughter's nails, 5 stars just does not seem to be enough . You have new clients now, I will be in for a pedicure soon, can't wait to tell all of my friends about you. Thank you read more

New to the area & discovered this place through a community page. My first time going was pleasant, overall good experience. Second experience was with Sony, I had the dip powder on my nails & a pedi. He gave a wonderfully long & amazing foot massage, & is now the only person I want to have powder dip nails done by. Often times it is too thick & too close to the edge of the nail, which isn't a fantastic wear or feel experience. He was meticulous, used thinner coats, cleaned up the edges & I walked out with beautiful nails that feel like they have nothing on them. Highly recommend visiting him for your next mail day. Thank you Sony! read more

They cut my cuticle and just left it bleeding. My nail shape on my thumb is warped. I've been getting my nails done since 1994 and decided to try a new place. Won't be back read more

We come here regularly and have had excellent service over that time. Today I had a new technician and got as good a hand and foot massage as I have ever gotten. It took the whole experience up a notch. Sara did an excellent job. read more

I went to this nail spa about a week ago for a gel mani and two of my nails have already peeled off. I called to see if they would guarantee their work (most places do a 2 week guarantee on gel) and they said no because it was 7 days or more. I noticed when the guy was doing my nails, he didn't seal the edges like most places do (which is where the peeling began on my nails). I probably should have said something at the time, but didn't realize this would have an effect on the longevity of the polish. So far the longest gel mani I have gotten was from Golden Nails in Tewksbury (they lasted longer than 3 weeks and would have lasted even longer had I not gotten them taken off to redo them). Bottom line, this place does a half assed job and doesn't stand behind their work...also $32 is higher than most places for a gel mani and again, the quality of work was not worth this.... I would recommend Golden Nails in Tewksbury. read more

I want to like this place as it's so easy to go shop and get nails done, but after trying for 3rd time I've given up. I asked if there was a wait I was told no wait.... well 30 mins later I had to ask when I was going to start my pedi. Waited another 20 and was going to be late doc appointment so told them to just do a polish change. They still charged me for full pedicure! Will not be returning read more

Today i went to the dalla nails in marlboro and got the absolute worst set of acrylics i've ever gotten in my lifetime. The guy cut and burned me on every finger, took three hours to do my nails, and never even said a word when he cut me. I will never return to this place. You'd think that the staff would know how to do their own damn job. Also the gel wasn't fully cured when i left and didn't realize until i got home. read more

Wonderful nail salon! Their spa like shop has been recently renovated and it's lovely. Very clean!!! I'm not a huge fan of gel or dip but they did an amazing job- my nails looks gorgeous. They took the time to make sure the color I was choosing was right for my skin tone etc. The staff is professional and friendly. There are many nail salon option, but Dalla Nail is by far the best in the area. read more

I love going here. It is clean and quiet and they really pamper you. My nails always last forever. The owner is so kind and caring.

My cuticles were torn to shreds by the nail tech who did my gel manicure! Three cuts on my left hand and two on my right that were extremely painful. He never apologized to me nor interacted with me besides asking me to pick a color and to pay. No employees greeted me upon arrival or departure either. There are many other better service, friendlier and less expensive nail salons in the area. read more

Nice place, they do a good job, gets kind of crowded. Some technicians are better than others.

A little over a week ago, I first went in for acrylic gel nails, and was really happy with the results-- and it definitely was worth the price ($43). I then went back in today for a pedicure, and while I was being taken care of, the woman who did my acrylics noticed one missing (it had fallen off because I accidentally smacked my hand against a desk); she kindly offered to fix it. Once the pedicure was over, she took care of the nail and was able to find the right gel color -- no charge!! It was a very kind thing to do and definitely made me feel taken care of as I walked back to the car. read more

Honestly, this is a place I have gone to twice now out of convenience to work. Both times, my shellac manicure didn't last beyond a week without peeling and my regular nail salon is appalled at the thickness of polish. It is expensive for a shellac mani too... $30. I won't be returning. read more

Decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. Booked an appointment a few weeks ago. Went in today and plan on doing this monthly for now on. Place was very clean, equipment looked New. My pedicure was first and the best one I have ever had. Complete with chair massage. 90 minutes of pure bliss. Then my manicure in another area but done by the same lady. I asked for polka dots as a decoration and she did it on all to jazz it up. Love this place. Also when I was paying they gave me a card that will give me a free manicure and free pedicure after 9 times. Only thing I would recommend to the owner is to tell the staff to speak English when clients are there. Saw a lot of people say they had no appointment but noticed they had no more then a five minute wait. read more

They did a decent job on our pedis and shellac manis... But when the bill came in at $62 without tip I was shocked. That is the most expensive mani pedi I have ever received!!! Everyone was friendly, professional and did a god job, but that is an outrageous price! We won't be back because of the Price. You can get a great shellac Mani and pedi elsewhere for waaaay less. read more

I really like this place. It's big, clean and has plenty of staff. It's a little pricey but for the area it's definitely worth it and I love coming! read more

Given their location, I really wanted to like this place. After reading Yelp reviews about the expensive prices, I called to inquire about how much a pedicure cost. I then proceeded to the salon to get one. They were advertising $5 off ao I figured why not try a new place. The staff barely greeted me and were talking and laughing in their native language the entire time. My tech tried to upsell me the more expensive services, which I declined. I felt like they were mocking me because I heard them say a few things in English like "buy one get one" and then they all laughed while looking at me. I have never felt like this at a nail salon. The only interactions with the customers were to determine polish and payment. I was courteous the entire time (I was really trying to like the place) and gave my tech a decent tip. The nail in the coffin for me was when my tech brought me a coupon after I paid, which was good for a future visit. This place falsely advertises deals and only cares about taking your money. They were cold and rude and they have just lost a customer. read more

This is my second time here and I'm not thrilled with the service. I like it because of the location and it's clean. Negatives: Making an appointment doesn't make much of a difference -- they will take you when they're ready. Today they were over 15 min late for my "appointment". Maybe I just go to more "quality" places usually but the pedicures I've gotten here haven't lasted more than a week, even with the upgraded spa pedicure. I will think twice before coming here next time despite location being a plus. read more

Had a mani and a pedi on Monday - finger nails are chipping day later... and more so on 2nd day... I call and ask what their guarantee is on nails and she said 5 days come in we will fix it... I go in ... the girl who did my nails was there denied doing my nails ... I have the receipt... they bickered back and forth amongst each other for a few mins while I am standing there ... mean while I was told to come in... I ended up saying forget it ... told them I would call the owner tomorrow & walked out. Absolutely rude and unprofessional all around and I waist a second trip there to not even have the nails fixed ... I'll never go back here and I will have my CC Company reverse the charges directly at this point. read more

I have been coming here for a long time. People have bad days and people are busy, but there is by far no better place to get your nails done. It is clean and the people are so kind especially the owners. Anything you want or need will be done and taken care of. read more

I had a pretty bad experience at this salon. I went to get acrylics for the first time and my designer was rude and not pleasant at all.
