I started going to Luxurious Nails for manicures because it's close to my house and had good reviews, but I've continued being a customer for a couple of years now because they are so great! Every person I have interacted with has been so friendly, kind, and patient. The nail techs take their time to be clean, thorough, and complete their work with care. I've had regular and dip manicures, but generally stick with gel. They do other things- detailed designs, acrylics, etc, but I'm not fancy enough for that, lol. I've only had a pedicure once so far, but it was well done - there are people of all types and genders getting pedis all the time! LUXURIOUS NAILS IS THE BOMBBBBB. Out of all spots in the Middlesex County area, this is by far the best customer service I have ever received. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure here by my girl Lak. She did not rush on anything, any part of the service. She checked in throughout if I liked the color, the cut, etc. and it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Together the cost was $52, which for the COVID era I think was very reasonable, and I would have paid it non-COVID days for the service that was provided here. I get a gel mani/ regular pedi they do a great job ,always followed by a very relaxing hand-arm/foot-leg massage with lotion and oil byfar the best ,they don't just on thought the motions. Went there twice based on good reviews. I can't find anyone who can actually paint the whole nail. The first time my big toe on the right was perfect but not the left one. Second time, crap job...the outer nails on my left foot are all missing polish. This is what these people do for a living and can't get it right. Considering going back to doing them myself rather than throw my money out the window or finding someone to just paint them for short money. This is the third place I've tried (two in Chelmsford); no one can reach perfection, which is what they should be able to do. This is their line of business. read more

I have come here twice now and they are a great salon. The first time, I got a gel manicure for $25. The staff are friendly, professional and their instruments are clean and sterile.
