Had to wait 30 min after making an apt to start. Louis then had to restart my nails because he cut corners and didn't prep my nails well. He said it was my nails but then went back and prepped them correctly so how can it be my nails? He then charged us more money because it took longer even though it took longer because he cut corners. I would not recommend. read more

I went in for a basic mani pedi after I saw the rave Yelp reviews. The place is very cozy and I was greeted by Emily who promptly began preparing the pedi chair. The pedicure was amazing and included a scrub and hot stone massage! Emily was extremely meticulous and made sure my feet looked and felt amazing. In the meantime, I began to worry because I hadn't put enough time into the meter, so I inquired how often the parking cops came around (LOL). But the gentleman (whom I presumed to be the owner) reassured me it would be ok and proceeded to go outside and feed the meter for me! So sweet. The mani was just as great as the pedi, and I was surprised to find that a paraffin wax treatment was included. The whole mani pedi + spa treatment was $40. Jennifer did a great job on my nails for my wedding. I came in with one nail that was broken and she adapted to make it look like it went with my much longer nails on other fingers. Beautiful gel that lasted a long time. As a first for me, they had a hot wax dip at the end! You dip your whole hand in briefly and its covered in a hot (but not too hot) wax that once hardened, they remove and your hands are incredibly soft. The first time I went here was directly after I had a bad experience at a salon in Framingham, where I made a special trip to treat myself for my birthday. I can say that place I initially went to was HORRIBLE. However, on my way home I went on Yelp to find a place near my house. I had no idea there was this hidden gem literally a short walk from my own home! So I was a little upset as I walked in, considering the full set that was on my fingers from the first place was crooked and poorly done. They could tell I was upset and the owners both asked what's wrong, looked at my nails, and said they would take them off for free! So it was a process to take them off, but once that was done, Louie did my acrylics. They were PERFECT. (and his wife Jennifer helped me choose a color which was so sweet!) Best part is that Louie overheard me talking to Jennifer saying it was my birthday- he put on a song and wished me an awesome birthday! You can't get that anywhere. Awesome customer service, I am definitely going back. It'll be a part of my walk to the library every month now :) Only thing is that I want to do a custom design next time, I have to double check if they do that! read more

I called last minute at 5pm to make an appt for 545 and they were happy to see me then. When I arrived I was greeted happily! I had one of the best gel manicures in a very long time. Louie made me feel very comfortable and was really nice and friendly. My nails look amazing with the polish right down to the cuticle clean and polish is perfect. The complimentary parrafin wax for my hands was such a nice completion to an already awesome visit. My hands look hydrated and glowing after I left there salon. My nails are naturally very soft and poorly shaped. When Louis does my nails..they last 3 and 4 weeks! And each time they look better as he shapes them. An utter first for me!! Just moved to the area and found this salon with great reviews close to my house. Called in the morning on a Friday and was able to get a late afternoon appointment. I've been getting SNS dip for 2 years now and was excited to see they offered it! The color selection is lacking, but there were a few good ones to choose from. I was a little taken back when the nail tech used the same 4 or 5 small pieces of cotton to clear off the old color. It just kept spreading the red color all over both of our fingers instead of removing it due to the tiny pieces being used. I picked a light gray/lilac color. The tech began the process and I was curious because they did not follow the same dip process I've seen done at all salons in my experience. It didn't seem right to me, but I gave them a chance. Once the new color was applied there was still red all over my fingers and in the crevices of my nails. I'm was a mess. My nails are very thin due to the incorrect application of the SNS. It's Sunday and I noticed that 3 of my nails have cracks in them. It's been two days since I got them done and this stuff always lasts 3 weeks! I am very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this place. I just wasted 40$ I now have to find a new salon to fix this. read more
