I'm not one to write reviews. However, I'm confident to write my first, ever review for Crystal Nails & Spa because of the awesome experiences I've had from having my nails done there. One employee, specifically I wanna give a shout-out to is Louie. I take my hat off to this man. This guy knows how to file, shape, and make sure you leave happier and satisfied than when you came in. Louie is the one person I ask for, whenever I go there to get my nails done. I'm telling you guys, this guy is the real deal. Master of nails. Whatever you ask for, Louie will always deliver- without fail, and every time you go, too. Places I've gone to before to get my nails done would always start out doing a great job, but eventually as they got used to you becoming a regular customer, they'd slack off on the job, unable to deliver their best work. With Louie, each time feels like the first and he is always so careful and gentle when working around those cuticles. Without hesitation, I'd recommend this one-of-a-kind, grounded, awesome, and not to mention, GIFTED gentleman to anyone out there, who's looking for their nails done right (and if you're like me and want your nails as close to perfect as it can get), Louie is your guy. Thanks Louie, for all the times you've followed through for me, and always delivering the best set of nails a girl could ask for. You rock!!!! read more

I just got back from my first visit to Crystal Nails and let me tell you, it was definitely the best experience I could have had! First of all, I was a bit skeptical because there are plenty of times a place had amazing yelp reviews such as this one and service was less than par. I walked in and was taken right away. My nail technician, Jennifer, was very welcoming and chatty which put me at ease. They had relaxing music going and the environment was very cozy. Jennifer's attention to detail was amazing and you could tell she wanted to do it right, not just rush through it. Towards the end, I thought we were done but apparently they give a paraffin wax dip at the end with no additional cost! Just what my dry cold weather hands needed. I got a full gel manicure with a paraffin wax treatment for just $25! I was expecting it to be $40+. There were people from all over Massachusetts at this place and we all chatted and they all said this is the best place they have gotten their nails done, and I would have to agree. I am definitely planning on becoming a regular. read more

I LOVE this place. This area has a lot of nail salons and none of them are anywhere near as good. The husband and wife owners, Louie and Jennifer, make you feel welcome no matter how busy they are. They take the time to do a great job. Today I got a beautiful pedicure that came with a relaxing foot massage and hot stone treatment. Again, they were busy, but never made me feel rushed. This is my second review and I am more impressed each time I visit. Hands down (no pun intended), they NAILED it (ok, that pun was intentional)! read more

This is the best place I have ever had my nails done for so many reasons! Jenny and Louis are fun, kind and great at what they do. Pedicures include a hot stone leg massage (ahhhhhh) and manicures include paraffin wax treatment (perfect for winter skin). Prices are a steal with these features included. You won't find better ..... But make sure to call before coming as more people catch on to this hidden gem, walk ins may have a long wait. Trust me though, it's worth it! read more

I have been coming to this salon for years. There is a reason it had been voted best nail salon in Maynard since 2014... the staff is wonderful and they take their time to do the job right! I have recently started getting SNS dip manicures and my nails are healthy and look fantastic. Louis, Jennifer and Emily are all kind and talented at what they do. You will leave Crystal Nails feeling like a million bucks! read more

This is a small shop, and I feel much better taken care of there than in larger places. I've never had to wait in the three times I've gone; several women were working. The shop is clean and attractive, and the help is pleasant and friendly. My favorite: the hot stone massage part of the pedicure -- ahhh! You get a card for a free service after you buy ten. I'll definitely continue to go back. read more

Best nail salon I've been to. I got acrylics in the oval shape, and they were perfectly shaped and painted by Louis. I lived in Japan for a while, where I used to get acrylics, I was hesitant to go to a nail salon in the U.S., but this was the best choice I made. The atmosphere in the salon was great, and everyone seemed friendly. The price was so reasonable, and I would definitely recommend!!! read more

This place is great. They are friendly, professional and extremely talented. The pedicures are worth waaaaay more than you pay for them...exfoliation, hot oil and stone massage. Call ahead though, there are only two people so its sometimes difficult to get a walk in appointment. This is the only place I have gone to in 2 years because of the service, price and atmosphere. I just love them, read more

Love this place since the First time! Staff is very friendly, Place is small and clean. A lot of color options for nail polish. I do gel Nails and they are very careful about details. Wax gloves are a plus!! They dip your hand into this wax box and after few minutes they easily remove it and your hands are as soft as baby skin! Crystal Nails Rock!!! read more

I've been coming here for the better part of a year now and I won't go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable and paraffin wax treatment is available, which is AMAZING. Louis and Jenny are super nice and always accommodating. The shop is clean and the color selection is great! Appointments aren't required, but I find it's best to call ahead just in case. read more

I am very pleased with the service I got at Crystal Nails. Louis is a perfectionist. All my nails were exactly the same length and shape. He is the first nail tech who ever asked me what shape I was looking for, and showed me a picture of the different shapes. The one other time I came to Crystal Nails, I got a gel mani-pedi that lasted over a month. read more

Don't like to write reviews. But have to do it for this place. They did such a neat job on my mani and pedi; worked just as diligent as I would do it for myself. Millions of massages, hot stones, wax, lotions.... Good customer service. Great prices. And lots of colors to choose from!(and they are all in samples, which is nice). read more

My daughter and I stopped in on her way back to school in Boston, and they took great care of us, called an extra person in on a holiday, got a great many /pedy and my nails on my hands are still in great shape a week later. My toes are fine too. My daughter got acrylics and loves them. I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

Disregard the 2011 reviews as the business has new owners. Jennifer and Louie are fabulous. Louie gives the best hot stone pedicure around and I get a shellac mani every two weeks with Jennifer. My nails always look great! Prices are very reasonable and you get your moneys worth for sure! read more

This is one of the best nail salons I have ever visited. I am a doctor and very busy with work so I need efficiency and quality. I am a regular client of a few years. All of the staff do excellent manicures and pedicures and the prices are much lower than any other salon in the area! - Paula read more
