Sometimes you just don't know what you've got til it's gone .... I moved to the Cape for this summer & had to find a new nail salon. Found one that had great Yelp ratings & went for my mediocre pedicure. It was NOTHING like iColor in Concord!! I can't wait to move back to Concord in August & return to Lisa & her amazing team! Their pedicures are definitely the best! Great foot massage, heel treatment and a lovely job painting. So much better than this supposedly great place on the Cape!! I'll be back soon! read more

They are ALWAYS running behind. If you go here plan to wait 15-30 minutes every time, even when you make an appt. My recent visit was my last visit. Gave them another chance but still the same nonsense. Over it. Even if they are very pleasant - they need to manage the appts better. read more

I'm happy to be getting pedicures again and happy that they appear to have mostly retained their staff. COVID-19 protocols are in place and I've always been pleased with the cleanliness. They did have to (unsurprisingly) raise their prices, but I think they're still quite reasonable for what you get, which is a calf massage and hot stone treatment, even with the basic pedicure. Excellent local nail salon in Concord with parking. Lisa did my most recent gel manicure ($35) and was very meticulous and very nice. I have received many compliments on my manicure which doesn't happen often. I would definitely return here, I love their variety of OPI gel colors! I recommend making an appointment if you don't want to wait which I always prefer to do. Tip is cash only. read more

Ridiculous. First time coming here and I made my appt for 5pm during my lunch hour. I get here at 5:04, pick my color and sit. A woman came over at 5:15 to soak two of my nails that still had shellac. I wasn't seated until 5:34. So now I've wasted 30 mins of my lunch sitting and waiting. No respect for people's time whatsoever but if I was 30 mins late for an appointment, I'm sure I wouldn't be seen. Walked out and won't return. read more

The first pedicure was okay. Chaotic and crowded but the place is clean, they were briskly friendly, inexpensive, and they did a good job. My friend and I went again. We had appointments but we waited a long time. My friend was fawned over for two hours and I was basically ignored. Since I had no communication particularly except to ask that they cut my nails very short, I'm pretty sure that I did not offend anyone. My pedicure, if I had not been sitting with my feet in the water waiting for almost half an hour would have taken about 20 minutes. The nails are still ragged on the sides and will catch on socks in a few days when they grow out. Though I asked for them to cut them as short as they possibly could, they are up to the ends of my toes and I will be cutting them myself today. The lady who worked on my feet seemed angry about something, and was rough and ignored me saying "ow" and pulling my feet away several times. She put the water on very hot, then very cold, until I finally said she should test it before putting it on my leg. My legs are still sore in front from where she "massaged" them. Then she just disappeared. The older woman who seems to be overseeing everything, and was only feet away, ignored all of it. What is going on here? I almost never omit leaving a tip and don't complain about much, but if I had not been with a friend for a pleasant afternoon, I would have considered walking out without paying. I come here regularly for a mani/pedi and have always received good service. Today the nail tech was rude and dismissive. The massage was TERRIBLE and she didn't even really scrub my feet or file down my calluses. I might not come back here again because it is not cheap and this woman was AWFUL!! read more

what a rip off! my usual concord spot is closed on mondays, but i had my heart set on getting my nails done. i am so disappointed. it took such a long time, and she butchered my nails and then coated them in several layers of polish, that i am sure will smudge soon enough. when i suggested that i was disappointed, she asked if i wanted her to do it again, and since it'd already been over an hour & a half, i told her i did not have time. she asked me for $35, $10 more than ANYWHERE else in the area. i had no spa treatment, and in fact asked only for my nails to be cut, cleaned & painted. $35!? outrageous. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF! (not to mention the whole time i was there, other employees were selling all of the other customers "extras," at outrageous costs-- of which i clearly said i was not interested in, and then were evasive when directly asked about the pricing.) read more

Great pedicures! Very clean and professional. I love that they always have the latest OPI collections in both polish and gel!

I was excited to go here because I've been here three years ago and they took their time and gave great hand and back massages... but when I went yesterday it wasn't what I expected. They went pretty fast and barely massaged my hands and didn't even massage my back. Whatever I was fine with that. BUT I paid for the extra OPI infinite shine and the next day my nails were all peeling and they peeled all off in one piece. I am honestly quite annoyed since I paid for the extra for the OPI infinite shine, so I highly recommend getting a regular manicure and pay $15 rather than the OPI infinite shine which was $20, there is no difference/ maybe regular manicure would at least stay longer than a day! I am never going back. Sorry I liked the people working there just poor quality. read more

From the outside, this small salon does not have an impressive storefront. I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding Mani pedi I received. I have heard that the foot baths with jets are prone to spread bacteria, at this salon, they use plastic liners in the tub which are replaced after each pedi. Cleanliness seems to be a priority here, right down to the mandatory hand washing and sanitizer before the paraffin hand treatment is applied (which is included in a standard mani). Reasonable prices and great results, it's my new go to mani pedi salon. read more

I just had the most amazing pedicure I have ever had. It lasted almost an hour and involved not only caring for my nails but massaging my feet using hot stones on my feet and calves, taking such care that I was blissfully relaxed and also energized. I then had a beautiful manicure so that I walked out feeling like a new me. The price for this? $50. Of course I left a very good tip. By the way the manicure always includes a paraffin dip. I go the other reviewer one better and say not only is this the best nail spa in Concord, but in surrounding towns as well. read more

Yes, it can get pricey if you are not careful about the services you choose, but they do an excellent job, they are so meticulous and I'm always so happy with the result. The staff is also very kind. Totally disappointed... Showed up for an 11 AM appointment that I had made the day before. When I arrived every chair was full, there were not enough technicians to take care of the people that were already seated, and she did not even have the common courtesy to tell me that she wouldn't be able to take me. Worst experience I've ever had a nail salon. The woman doing my nails moved a snails pace. It took her 45 minutes just to remove a gel Polish that was already half gone. She went to cut my cuticles when they hadn't even been soaking in any water. Since at that point the hour I had allotted to the manicure was already over I decided that was a good time to walk out. read more
