Pretty nice place! I was well past due for a manicure and I stumbled upon this place. The inside is way better than what I was expecting from the outside. fairly priced ($17 for one manicure) and they did a good job. Even if you have super short nails (like me) they make your hands look really good! It's been a week and my polish is still completely in tact! Would defiantly go here again! read more

I could have done a better job myself. No care or time was taken with shaping my nails, cutting back cuticles, or polishing. Worst pedicure ever. Also, the place had a grimy feel to it and towels looked gross. This so called pedicure was a waste of money. read more

I used to love Exotic Nails. Stopped going there for about two years and recently returned to get a gel manicure. The whole vibe has changed there from the staff to the brand of gel polish which is very limited and no longer OPI. My manicure lasted 3 days before it chipped and I wasn't hard on my nails at all. It's been 10 days and another nail chipped a third off! This is completely nuts and I might as well have lit $40 on fire. Sorry, but this place is in serious decline. read more

Sadly I'm finding a new salon after being a customer for several years. Today was the final straw when my daughter and I showed up for our mani/pedis booked 2 wks prior. The receptionist stated she only had me down for one appointment. I explained I booked them at the same time and TRIED to show her my booking confirmation as well as text reminders. She didn't even want to see it and said she could not accommodate. I even offered to stagger our appointments, switch my daughters nail tech and was flat out told no. If this was the first time this had happened, I could understand, but it has happened repeatedly, which is not okay (calling, online, it doesn't matter) To not even try to rectify the situation for a customer who frequents every 2-3 weeks, was appalling. I've noticed a steady decline in service the last couple of years, but nothing like this. I've been with Kasey for a long time, she does amazing work, but I refuse to keep patronizing a business that has no regard for their clients time, and is not at all accommodating, even when the error is clearly on their end. We ended up calling Posh Nail and Spa in Stow and they were more than happy to accommodate us. read more

Horrible customer service Been going there for years got my nails done then a different women for my feet the for was burning my toes with a drill taking off polish when I told her it her she get mad and threw my foot in the water and walked off Then anther girl took over. As that was happening I looked at my fingers lighting was not great. And I noticed my nails were uneven bumpy and dirt under my nails. I spoke to the manager and she was raising her voice So I decided to call when I got out side my nails looked worse I. The sunlight. So I called to let the manager know she was so rude put me on speaker phone because she said I took a video of the girl doing my toes wish I did. And was laughing at me and yelling. I'm sorry customer is always right and she would not even apologize. Never going back again read more

Went with friends and one got a horrible infection! Ew!!!! Will not be back. In general rude and rushed.

We scheduled our appointment for deluxe pedicure over the call. It was our first time and I was a bit concerned due to past few bad reviews. But it turned out to be a different experience. No wait time. We really loved how Ana and Linda took their time to make sure that the pedicure is done perfectly. We loved the every bit of this experience. They made sure that we are comfortable all the time. Overall it was a great experience and I google recommend this place. Kudos to the team. read more

I went for a much needed pedicure today 6/8/2023. I had foot surgery in august 2022 and have had a very hard time with recovery. I went today around noon, was taken in about 5 mins after I got there.I have to say, this was the most enjoyable pedicure I've had. Kim was gentle and listened to my concerns to make sure I experienced no pain. I splurged on the 1 hour pedicure and it was delightful. This will be my new go to place. Thank you so much read more

Terrible listening skills, I asked for a black French lengthy coffin and got a Santa's hat hard candy looking set. I want to get compensated for this immediately I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated. I needed these nails done for an event I'm attending at my college. And I ended up having to pay $115 for this insanity. read more

Excellent nail spot! I came is for a gel manicure/pedicure at 1:30 PM on a Thursday and had no wait. It was somewhat busy, but they could contain the clientele. I had the suggested deluxe pedicure and it was worth every dollar. The message and warm gel at the end felt SO GOOD during the cold winter months - especially the warm stones. The staff was polite and not awkward at all. Will be returning for sure! read more

3 weeks ago I went and got a gel fill for my nails. 3 days after an entire nail fell off. Kathleen the manager was wonderful! I went 4 days ago to get another fill the same woman from 3 weeks ago did my nails again and low and behold today another nail completely fell off. I am unsure why this continues to happen. I am not rough on my hands I don't bang them around. But I am extremely disappointed that this has now happened twice to me. I love everything about this salon but I have never had this happen in all my years of getting my nails done. Especially 2 times in a matter of a month. Update: never had an issue with my nails before this woman did them TWICE and 2 weeks later EVERY single nail is off.......extremely disappointing read more

I've been a regular at Exotic for a few years now and I love it here! Kasey is the absolute best, I usually get a French manicure with dipping powder and she always does a fantastic job. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and service! read more

Wonderful, modern, clean and friendly salon. Kasey is fantastic! She is meticulous and so careful with everything she does - I've gone to her for manicure, pedicure and waxing. She's also a great conversationalist and a sweet person! Mani/pedi: Very clean, and precise, takes care of the cuticles and will get the best nail shape for you! Great with any color and type (gel, SNS) and a master of designs and details! I've seen her create amazing works of detailed art. Bring any ideas and designs to her, she'll wow you! =) Waxing: the least painful facial wax! I usually get very red skin after waxing, but with her gentle touch, I am pink for 15min and then no evidence! I've had some 3.5/4 star experiences with other technicians at this salon, although most are wonderful! They do take their time - but look at it as a relaxing atmosphere where you'll never be rushed and always get the best service! I make sure that I have plenty of time, and then relax! Thank you! =) read more

HIGHLY variable. First visit had a great manicure, nicely done, all as I wanted. Second visit technician was rushed, checking phone, and one nail ended up embarrassingly short and another bloody from cut during cuticle trim. Remainder of manicure was preoccupied with trying to stop bleeding. Not exactly relaxing or fun. People nice and pleasant place but I won't return. read more

We went for the first time to Exotic nails today and I was disappointed. My deluxe pedi was 35 minutes instead of 45 and J didn't seem very interested in the foot or leg massage. Her manicure was ok but I had to fix a few nails when I got home. Probably won't go back read more

I am very disappointed with this place. the service I received was terrible. my feet and legs are slightly burnt from the hot stones and paraffin. I jumped right out of my seat because of how hot they were. my nails are terrible not cleaned up at all I kept asking her to clean them up. she got up from her chair multiple times for her family that kept showing up. I'm just not happy and I will never go back there. not to mention its way overpriced. read more

I brought my daughter to have her nails done and ended up having a horrible experience. The lady working on her was Ann and she didn't do what we asked but what was worst was the number of times she cut her. We counted 6 different places she missed and cut skin. Linda did my nails and the experience felt like some wayside mani experience. She rushed throughout and when I told her my nails were uneven, she got upset. She didn't even file it like I asked her to. When my I went to the front and told the receptionist about my experience, she too was extremely rude. I'm sure there are better nail techs there but whatever you do, don't let Linda do your nails. Better still, go elsewhere. Don't waste your time. read more

Just did my nails. Looked closely at them only at home as I was in a hurry. Omg. Reminded myself why I stopped going there about 9 month ago. I have nail polish on my nails and on my skin, on the sides of my nails too... the color is nude so I didn't see it at the salon. What a disappointment read more

Pedicure (for a man). Fabulous service. Above and beyond what I expected. Kim attended to me. She was attentive and did not rush. I was pleasantly surprised by the process. Many different lotions plus a quality foot and lower leg massage. My heels were dry and cracking, but after this visit I feel as if I have new feet. I've had pedicures before at resorts and on cruise ships, and this ranks with those high-end services. I will go back. read more

I had been here a few years ago and wasn't happy when I left with sore cuticles. I was desperate and went back a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by the nice woman who did my nails. I went online and made a second appointment with the same woman for today. I received 3 text message reminders about my appointment. I got there and waited for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me- I had to finally interrupt the manager and let her know I was waiting. She claimed she had no record of my appointment. She looked at the messages on my phone and then told me to have a seat and they would try to fit me in! Come to find out, the woman I had made an appointment with wasn't even there. Needless to say, I left and will never go back. She could have cared less that her online system wasn't working. read more

Go somewhere else for a pedicure, seriously. Walked in, there was no place to sit, all the employees were on the couch and on their phones. I wanted to get my nails done for a performance I had coming up. I paid for the deluxe pedicure. The positives -the hot towels on your legs The negatives -went home with a bunch of dead skin -my nails were not shaped -the lady next to me got a bottle of water, a neck wrap, VIP plus.. and I did not.. I paid too much money for it to look like I did it myself. read more

Great nail salon. Never dries my nails out. People are friendly and lots of color choices.

Horrible and unprofessional customer service. A very unpleasant experience. This last visit reminded me of why I stopped going there. Should've realize it sooner that this place will never change. Appeared to be very clean, all the tools looked like they were sterilized in an autoclave. Kim did a vert nice job on my nails and paid careful attention to detail. I really appreciate that after she was finished she filed around the nail to separate any settled gel from the surrounding skill, which is something I noticed other salons don't always do. I ended up getting my eyebrows done as well and it was fast, efficient, and well done. The salon was beautiful and well styled to be modern. They were well staffed and able to accommodate me with a 15 min prior phone call as well as the last minute addition of the wax. Thank you, Kim for your beautiful work! It doesn't go unappreciated. Will definitely be back. read more

I have only great things to say about this salon! Huge gel and polish selection, kind staff, really nicely decorated. The gel mani is pretty low-frill but the price is right. Pedis have a range of options depending on how much you want to treat yo self. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails after just the two times I've gotten a gel mani here. I'm currently going on 2 weeks + 1 day since my last gel mani and the edges aren't peeling or chipping AT ALL. I highly recommend this place! read more
