I'm writing this review a week after my appointment with one of the nail artists, Peter. He was friendly, efficient, and very skilled at what he does. One thing I enjoy about his work compared to my previous nail artist is that he makes sure to push my cuticles back so that my nails last longer. I work in a fast paced hands on environment where typical press on's wouldn't last, and his work is durable and long-lasting. Came in for a manicure and pedicure without an appointment today. I would recommend making an appointment as they got VERY busy after I arrived. I was greeted by Alex who was kind and lovely to talk to. This establishment is PRISTINE. The cleanest nail salon I've ever been in. I opted for the spa pedicure which came with a hot stone massage. I stumbled upon Elizabeth Nails after a manicure emergency (aka first world problems). It was so nice to find a clean and upbeat nail salon in this area. I have tried multiple salons and have disliked my experience for various reasons. I digress... Elizabeth Nails is bright and clean with some wonderful nail techs. I had to laugh at myself when I all was done and I had a snowflake on my ring fingers. Nail art is not my typical style but it made me smile on a day when nothing was going right. Oh by the way, it was Friday the 13th. This salon has no shortage of nail polish colors and brands to choose from. Appointments necessary!! This was my first time here and came bawd off a recommendation and I was not disappointed. Went in for a regular pedicure made the appointment two days in advance. When I walked in it had a clean and friendly atmosphere. We were instructed by the receptionist to go to the back and wash our hands then come back to the front to choose a color. We were then sat at our pedicure chairs and the water was filled and massagers turned on. Both ladies did amazing jobs overall, special mention to the awesome massage/beat up session (I say that in a good way) and toe cracking. My pedicurist did a god job painting my toes the way I wanted them too and verified I was getting what I wanted before doing my second foot. They use liners in their pedicure tubs and keep a clean place, I even saw some scrubbing bubbles! They have plastic shields/sneeze guards between the staff member and customer in every station for covid safety. Overall I highly recommend. read more

After moving to the area, trying countless places and finding my nails cracking breaking etc not even two weeks later. Ana was recommended to me. I had scheduled my appointment and arrived to a very clean salon. I have to tell you how talented she is! The skill and technique. I knew I found a gem. My nails were not only gorgeous.....three, yes three, weeks later and I'm still getting compliments!! No cracks nor chips! Pictures are from 3+ weeks later and one the day I got them done. I have got asked 7 times what do I want and which color on my nails. after telling them I need my dip off and I want acrylics on my own nails . the lady tried to do an acrylic fill on nails that had dip. after telling them 7 times! If I could give this place no stars I would... my nails LOOK AWFUL. And when I explained my complaints to staff he started talking bad about me and rushed me if the chair when I needed to find another design for him because he was incapable of doing the one I wanted!! He says to me "I have other customers waiting" in the worst tone of voice. The nail techs nail was Tom he is awful I would never recommend this place to anyone!! He rushed my nails because I was young and he didn't think I would tip good... jokes on him the lady who redid my nails was actually very sweet so I gave her a 40% tip still didn't look the way I wanted but looked better then before. When Tom did my nails it looked like I had done them at home myself.... so sad I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don't go here!!! I got my nails done on Saturday and they're already starting to lift. Tom did not do what I asked... I wanted short nails as I work in the service industry and he cut my nail to the point wear I bled. Totally disregarded it until he went to put the acrylic on and on goes "oh does that hurt?" When it was clearly bleeding a lot. He couldn't do the design I wanted and when I said I'd pick a different inspiration pic he goes "I can do it" I'd rather you be honest with me and do something that looks good than something that looks like a child done it. Rude service. Got nails done one day ago and it already looks like I need to get them filled again. I asked if they could fix my nails and they said it was "too late". Charges extra for shape even if you come with the shape. Price is basically the same for a full set as a fill. Prices are deceiving. Absolutely terrible. I had to get a FILE on my way home from the salon because they wouldn't fix the shape. If I'm paying for my nails, I should get them the way I want. Elizabeth nails? More like SHIT nails read more

The pedicure was good but the owner has the worst customer service skills and is very rude. The old owner of this place still works there and they are not honoring gift cards with a date on them from before they bought salon. He screened at me in front of other customers. I reported this to the attorney general and they stayed old owner who is an employee of his is responsible for all old gift cards read more

This place was an absolute treasure! The people were super nice and helpful. They were happy to take my cousin and I as walk ins. Best pedicure and manicure ever!! Painless and took their time to make sure what we wanted was what we got. Definitely coming back!! read more

Just went there for the first time. Great experience! Very relaxing atmosphere - any loud shaping work occurs in a separate room, so the dust and noise are contained. Everything is clean and well maintained. Also, they do sculptured nails, which are my absolute favorite. Prices are similar to loud walk in shops, but this feels more like a salon.
