When I got up to leave at 3:45 they said. "Five more minutes." It's pretty rude to ask someone to come back after forty five minutes when you close at 4 and intend to start you around 3:50/3:55. Took a hard pass on being seen after an hour and a half waiting when I clearly was not important to any of the staff. Don't go here if you wanted to be treated like you exist.

I did my nails twice there and the 2 times my nails broke after 3 days only! One time was gel and the other powder and my nails broke! Then when I complained she yelled me,what the fuck is that! That owner is a real bitch and doesn't even speak English properly! Her husband otherwise is really nice! But Don't go there people waste of money plus I don't think they sanitize anything!! There was also an infestation of ants next to the first pedicure chair. The garbages were overflowing. Tools were not sanitized. Gloves were recycled between customers. The sink was filthy. There was a horrible smell. Counters were dusty and dirty along with the UV light machines. I don't like leaving reviews like this, especially for a family business, but I paid $75 for horrible work, horrible polish, and unsanitary conditions. Sorry, and beware.

Apparently if you aren't spending big bucks on fake nails or dips, they don't care about your nails. She did not: remove all the old gel polish, trim all the cuticles from each nail, scrap the cuticles off the nails--at all--, clean under the nails, shape the nails evenly. AND...she did not dip the brush in the polish after each nail so some nails have even color, but some nails are lighter than other other due to uneven polish application. Sides of 4 nails have no polish at all. The top coat was applied too thick so it has bubbled on 2 of them. They charged me $25.00. She rushed through the entire process without a hint of care or effort. I complained on my way out, showed them my nails and they asked to "fix it". I said no. I now know how they treat customers and the work they *really* do. I'll take my business elsewhere. Save your money and do it yourself. It will come out better.
