Susan Nails is a fantastic nail salon. From my first visit with a French ombré set to my most recent with a geometric design-- I've been a happy customer. Donna & Amanda are super talented, kind and detail oriented nail technicians. The pedicures, even the basic ones, are always great too. I've even found their eyebrow waxing services to be a consistent favorite of mine. However, I suggest anybody wishing to get their nails done here to call ahead or make an appointment because they are always very busy due to their small staff size. They may be small in staff but they are big on talent and customer service. Definitely a place worth visiting! read more

Let me start off by saying they are relatively clean, compared to other nail salons. However, the talent in there was terrible. I would not recommend at all. I can get better quality elsewhere. I am very unhappy with my nails this week. I paid for a service and did not get the quality and professionalism I deserve as a paying customer. I spend a lot of money in this place. When you have some workers that do a good job and some that have no idea what they are doing but still insist they do. I am beyond disappointed with the lady that did my nails this week. I would rather have her just simply tell me she doesn't provide that service instead of her defecating on my nails. It took two hours for just a dip manicure. She began working on my nails at 12:30 and I walked out of there after 2:30. My nails were left soaking in acetone for way too long; by the time she went to file them, my natural nail ripped and caused me to bleed. There was no apology​ for ripping my nail, making me bleed, and filing the skin on the side of finger multiple times. Now looking at my nails I am noticing that my left hand is more rounded and all the nails on my right hand are square. I will not be returning. I should have turned right around when I noticed there was only 1 other customer in there at 12:30 on a Saturday. Horrible customer service. read more

I have been going here for a year. At first they were great, I had Michael and he did a great job. It was not consistent with the other techs What broke the camels back was I made an appointment to have a dip and pedicure and she started my pedicure, finished and had me sit there for 45 minutes waiting for her to do someone else's nails. I left while she was in the middle of doing them, she charged me 10 to remove the dip. I would have sat there for another 45 minutes waiting for her to finish plus another hour for my dip. I will never go back and neither will the rest of my family. This pedicure was good but the last one i had had divots on both sides of my tows. Too bad as it looks like other people are making the same complaints. read more

I made an Appointment for 6 o'clock with a friend. I was supposed to get a pedicure and she was supposed to get a manicure. they took my friend right away and by 645 my feet were still soaking in hot water and no one had touch them and her manicure was done. I told them I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait any longer and they actually seemed annoyed with me. I'd understand if we had been walkins but we had made an appointment. They said someone walked in at 5:30 and they weren't going to make them wait.... But they were perfectly willing to make me wait. On the bright side my friends gel manicure looks perfect. they seem to show great attention to detail In everything except scheduling. I am new to Leominster and had been looking in to several recommendations. I have been getting regular manicures for 25+ years and am used to having nice nails. I was very upset when all of my nails broke during the move. I was really embarrassed. I went into a very popular spot near the Town Center in Leominster. They basically shamed me and said they couldn't help me. A second place just couldn't find time for me even though the place was empty. I stopped by Susan's to see if they would help. I cannot say enough positive things about Susan and her son B. They were incredibly kind and told me of a couple of options that they could do that would help get my nails in shape. They were incredibly attentive and I received excellent service. I was able to get my manicure after waiting just a few minutes. Susan did a beautiful job. I went in with ugly nubs and came out with beautiful nails. The salon was very clean. There were plenty of techs to handle the manicures and pedicures. And they were very reasonably priced! Susan will be my regular place moving forward. Highest recommendation from me!!! read more
