She had me stay in the same pedicure chair for my manicure. She just threw a towel over my lap, clipped my nails a little bit and polished them. No soaking, no cuticle treatment, no filing. Just a quick trim and polish. Something I would do for a little kid! Plus, nails weren't even fully coated. I came home and took the polish off. I will continue for a pedicure but NOT a manicure. $55.00 plus a $15.00 tip.

I was just there. I asked for a regular manicure and to have the gel polish removed first. I…read morebrought my own supplies with essie base coat, a strengthening tint, and a quality top coat. Apparently if you aren't spending big bucks on fake nails or dips, they don't care about your nails. She did not: remove all the old gel polish, trim all the cuticles from each nail, scrap the cuticles off the nails--at all--, clean under the nails, shape the nails evenly. AND...she did not dip the brush in the polish after each nail so some nails have even color, but some nails are lighter than other other due to uneven polish application. Sides of 4 nails have no polish at all. The top coat was applied too thick so it has bubbled on 2 of them. They charged me $25.00. She rushed through the entire process without a hint of care or effort. I complained on my way out, showed them my nails and they asked to "fix it". I said no. I now know how they treat customers and the work they *really* do. I'll take my business elsewhere. Save your money and do it yourself. It will come out better.

The manicure I got in May (black with gold flecks, my friend got multiple pastels for her manicure) lasted 6 weeks without any lifting. As someone who picks at their cuticles and skin I never got the urge. My nail beds have stayed healthy. Will definitely return! Great service, great staff!

Appointments necessary!!…read more This was my first time here and came bawd off a recommendation and I was not disappointed. Went in for a regular pedicure made the appointment two days in advance. When I walked in it had a clean and friendly atmosphere. We were instructed by the receptionist to go to the back and wash our hands then come back to the front to choose a color. We were then sat at our pedicure chairs and the water was filled and massagers turned on. Both ladies did amazing jobs overall, special mention to the awesome massage/beat up session (I say that in a good way) and toe cracking. My pedicurist did a god job painting my toes the way I wanted them too and verified I was getting what I wanted before doing my second foot. They use liners in their pedicure tubs and keep a clean place, I even saw some scrubbing bubbles! They have plastic shields/sneeze guards between the staff member and customer in every station for covid safety. Overall I highly recommend.

The woman who did my nails had a terrible attitude and was shockingly rude when I asked her to make my nails more narrow after I had washed my hands it was not that big a deal, but she freaked out and was obviously very angry. Mine turned out thick and uneven, and her gel manicure chipped the very next day. We originally arrived during a busy time and were told to come back at 6:30. When we did, they rushed through both the manicure and pedicure. If they can't take the time to provide proper service, then why give an appointment at that time? The quality did not reflect the price--we paid nearly $200 including tips, and it was absolutely not worth it. I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
