No. Just no. Take the time and drive literally anywhere else. This place is dirty and definitely not sanitary!! The staff has nail shavings all over their shirts and I personally witnessed them not being clean and sanitary at their stations. I will never go back here. Plus they only took cash. read more

My daughter came very upset after visiting this salon. She went in for a simple fill and French manicure. She also chose a design to be put on one nail, and when the technician could not get it correct after several attempts, they just decided to wipe it off and not give her one. Her nails are uneven and the white part is all different sizes on each nail. Several of the corners of her nails were cut too short and not matching the others. She had to make several attempts at having the technician correct their mistakes and in the end just left rather embarrassed. As she is a younger woman, she did not want to raise a situation while there, and proceeded to just come home and completely breakdown and cry. I'm not sure how we can rectify this situation. I have reached out to the ownership to no avail. I would steer clear of this salon and go somewhere that actually cares. We have gone elsewhere and they corrected the problems, but this has now costed her twice to get the desired nails. Beware!! read more

Before I went in I called to make sure I had an appointment and that they took debit cards. You have to wear a mask and stay 6ft away. You can barely keep inches away if someone is doing a pedi and you need a mani!!! I didn't think the place was very clean, saw them rinse the "cheese grater" in the sink instead of disinfecting it! The lady barely talked to me. It took less than a hour for both gel mani and regular pedi! When it came time to pay she asked if I had a check. Nope I don't! She was not happy whennI have her my debit card. I don't recommend this business. It feels crowded with 6 pedi chairs and nowadays with the screens in front of the chairs it feels overwhelming. read more

From Ashby but now live in Houston. Visiting family for the month and needed my nails done. This place was the only place in the area that offered SNS dipping. A very small salon off Main Street. There were maybe 5 manicure tables and 5 pedicure tables. Went on a Thursday around 3:30 and there were 3 people working. They were very busy. I waited about an hour before they had an opening. Meanwhile while waiting they wrapped my nails to soak them and let me sit in the massage pedi chair to wait. Once I was seated, the owner apologized for the wait. She took her time and did a wonderful job on my nails. Some places feel uneven but they look beautiful. She was gentle and didn't nick any of my nail bed. The only thing I wish she had done was remove my cuticles. The salon has manyyyyy color choices for the dipping powder. As a nurse, I much prefer it over gel nails. It lasts longer and is much stronger. I did some landscaping yesterday (lots of mulching) and not one chip or crack or lifting. If you don't mind waiting, I'd recommend coming here. I'd say make an appointment but there were people there waiting just as long who had made appointments. read more

I called to make an appointment but my service was terrible so I had to call a bunch of times in different places (gotta love living in a small town with terrible service). Eventually, I walked up the road and they called me! They took the time to get to me. That is dedication! I said I wanted to make an appointment for the next day at the least busiest time. I read reviews on how this place was always busy- I suggest making an appointment and asking for the least busiest time as they know best. When I got there parking was round back and easy to access from the road. When I got inside I was greeted politely. I got "dip nail" and asked for my nails to have extensions as my nails are naturally weak and short. The technician was so polite and gentle with my nails. They had about 50 different colors for the powder dip stuff. I was there for an hour but for good reason as they came out so perfect! Price was reasonable. I hate to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately A'nA nails has gone downhill in the past few years. They always overbook so you are waiting forever, and then they rush through your nails. The techs used to take their time doing your nails, and always gave a short massage at the end. Now they spend 10 minutes doing the dip and do a terrible job. They don't take care of your cuticles or shape your nails properly. The last few times my nails have been all uneven. The last two times I have had pedicures I have had to redo the polish. My daughter's gel manicure lasted two days before it started chipping off. Sadly, they are all about getting as many people in as possible and don't care about the quality of their work. read more

Won't be returning. I wanted to love this place since it's so close to home, but the whole experience was uncomfortable. Came in asking for a set of acrylic nails, easy enough. One plain color in an almond shape. The person who did them tried giving me a square shaped French. It took forever to get them finished because all the employees had to keep stopping to go answer the phone and pass it off to another employee working on another client. Might be a good idea to keep someone at the desk to handle that. It rang every 5 minutes or so. I ended up leaving with square nails, in a color I didn't ask for, all different lengths. One nail was obviously crooked, pointing to the side. I had them fixed at a reputable salon I also find it sketchy how they made me pay halfway through getting my nails done, and were pretty demanding how they wanted cash, not a credit/debit card. I live in Boston but make the trek out to my hometown every three weeks like clockwork to get my nails done at A'nA. The place is extremely clean, the service is great and the pricest cannot be beat. I go to get the ANC powder for my nails which I cannot find anywhere close to me in Boston and even if I could, I can't imagine it could beat the $27 price tag that A'nA offers. Helen and her associates are wonderful at their job and wonderful to chat with. I am more than happy to continue the drive out to A'nA to support a local business! read more

I just went there for the first time for a pedicure because I have a wedding to go to.They were a half hour late taking me and when they finally did, the girl working there cut my nail so short it started bleeding and wouldn't stop. They gave me some green liquid but it didn't stop the bleeding, then I asked for alcohol to disinfect it. I told them it was an accident but I was worried about infection. She told me they had insurance. Absolute WORST!,,, experience I have ever had and I've had my nails done for years in many different places. I went home and cleaned it out myself. This salon recently opened in town and it is GREAT! Very clean which is very important to me, and the owner and employees are always very nice. Now, I have tried just about every nail salon in the area and it is hit or miss - sometimes I am satisfied, other times...not so much. I have not had a bad experience here, the salon is convenient as they take walk ins and I rarely know my schedule, and are very proficcient at the more difficult processes like acrylic, gel and shellac. I always get a spa pedicure (complete with the hot towels to help your legs and toes absorb the lotion), and a shellac french manicure, which in my opinion, is one of the more difficult things to get. Many nail technicians have a hard time with the line - making sure it is even on each nail, and even on all your nails. Their hours are convenient - they are open M-F from 9:30 - 6:30pm, and Sat. 9:30 - 5pm. On Saturdays, they are of course a little busier, so it doesn't hurt to call ahead. This place is a gem to have in town and Helen the owner is very nice. Lastly, the prices are competitive with those locally, probably a little bit less. Get a coffee down the street at D&D, and go get pampered! I asked my husband for a gift certificate here for Xmas. read more
