The salon was bright, seemed professional, clean, and organized. This is a decent nail salon. It needs work for sure but works in a pinch. Lucy is the best usually, she takes the time to make sure you're happy and your nails look good. The younger workers usually rush and that leads to lumpy nails, chipping nail polish and not a good shape when they're filing. If I ask for almond and you do round, I will say something... I'm PAYING you to do what I ask, I don't need an eye roll or a full on foreign conversation about a simple request. read more

Got a pedicure, worst I have ever had. Left edges on nails that got caught on things. Had to recut nails when I got home , plus left so much callus on heels I could have done better at home. Was a total rip off for $35. I would understand never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been going to this salon off and on for 4 years. They have always done a beautiful job on my nails. I've had acrylic, dip, pedicures and was always satisfied. Today, I showed up around 12:40 with my daughter for her first set of tips and dip. There was only one other customer In the shop at the time. I also wanted extensions added to my normal dip service. We discussed the changes I wanted. My nails were wrapped by my normal technician with acetone and foil. She asked me to wait a bit for the soaking process, no big deal. Over 45 min later, as she was completing an entire mani and pedi for a customer who came in AFTER me, my fingers began to burn. I had to ask multiple times to have the foils removed before someone understood the sense of urgency. (I began pulling them off myself but didn't want to alarm my daughter who has anxiety disorder) I was told to wash my hands. My finger tips were red and swollen and my nail beds were sensitive. After a few minutes, another tech came over and soaked my fingers and apologized. All the while the tech that originally started and others were loudly speaking to one another in their native language and one was even laughing. I did not allow tips to be put on all of my nails and the original tech came over to finish my dip. She apologized but made the excuse she didn't know why no one else came to do my nails. NOT ONCE did she converse with another tech to "hand me off", she never checked in on my nails at all. You cannot leave chemicals on someone's nails and skin for almost an hour and not check the tissue. The most disappointing part of the entire service was when they had the AUDACITY to attempt to charge me for the soak off. I outright refused to pay the soak off fee (it was not the fee but the idea that I was paying for a procedure that they negligently injured my skin during). When I refused to pay, further excuses and arguing ensued. I made it very clear that I was simply not going to pay for that part of the service and asked for the total for my and my daughters nails. I did tip my tech 5$ and my daughters tech 10$, while I don't think my tech deserved it, I have more class than that. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. I was a nail tech years ago and am now a nurse and chemical burns can be extremely serious. Unfortunately, regardless of how well she does my nails, clearly the safety and health of their customers is not a priority and I won't be back. read more

What I asked for and what I got was totally different. When trying to explain that THIS isn't what I asked for I got an attitude. I asked for my nails to not be overly filed and she attempted not to, however still ended up really short from what I came in with. Stopped in to see if they had time for a walk in for a basic manicure no polish. They said yes then kept prologing the wait time. After 45 minutes they said they thought it would have been 15 minutes but no one is done yet. No one would even look at me when speaking. Just kept masks on, even away from clients. I could not even figure out who was speaking to me because it was never the person in front of me responding but various others working on nails. Poor customer service. read more

I went here twice in the last month and the second time I should have known better. The first was a gel manicure and while it looked great it only lasted 5 days. I have gotten gel paints before and they have lasted 2-3 weeks plus. The second time I decided to go with a full set acrylic and immediatley it looked cheap. She charged me $5 for two nails to have childlike flowers on it and an additional $5 for a gel top coat which is unecessary. The nails looked horrible, really thick and wide and within a week began to bubble and peel off. I am literally at work plucking them off. She was also very mouthy at my 4 year old daughter who wanted an easter egg painted on her nails "I do flower...I do flower" is all she could say, even though my daughter politely asked for an egg. Anytime my daughter talked to me she hushed her and told her "you next dont worry". Also every person who walked in was told 'Soon...10 minutes" but they waited the entire half hour I was there. I will never go back, there aren't alot of options in this area, but here you are wasting your money, it's better to go somewhere farther and classier. read more
