I was told that waxing hurts more than sugaring, so I was a bit worried. Jayne is indeed specialized as I experienced less pain with the hard waxing than the sugaring which was done when I lived near DC. I didn't even have radiating skin inflammation feeling thanks to the cooling lotion that Jayne used. I was expecting worse, but the full Brazilian wax was not that painful. The whole process was quick and I didn't feel awkward at all. I felt more comfortable with her than my previous wax/sugar wax specialist in DC, so I'm happy that I found the right person here in Worcester :)

I…read morereturned to Wilbraham Tanning specifically for wellness and consistency, and after committing time and money, I was abruptly excluded due to a pricing and/or policy change that was neither clearly communicated nor reasonably handled. As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.
