And we were not disappointed! The food was simple and delicious - we started with a Caprese salad, very nice, followed by bread that was super fresh and a heartier flavor than we had at other restaurants. For entrees we decided on seafood after so many pasta and pizza meals - we tried their grilled tuna and grilled swordfish, and both were outstanding. The tuna had a nice salt/subtle seasoning and was prepared perfectly, seared on the outside and rare on the inside. My wife's swordfish was also nicely prepared, and the portion was huge - twice the amount she expected (see photos)! And the generous portion of veggies were tasty. For dessert my wife had tiramisu and said it was among the best she had on our entire trip (and she had many!). I had a wonderful pistachio dessert with almonds on the outside that was great (forgot the name), but highly recommend it. Service was professional and prompt (no hovering, a pet peeve). As we ate, the restaurant filled with locals who all seemed to know the staff personally, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere with a nice family feel. We walked to the restaurant so I can't comment on parking, but the neighborhood was clean and the restaurant exterior is well-lit. During our visit, everyone was watching a FIFA soccer match, so there were lots of cheers and excitement throughout dinner, which added to the fun atmosphere. If you're looking for an authentic Italian seafood experience in Milan, I highly recommend ordering the tableside salt-crusted branzino.
